We thought we had a good experience when we bought our 2012 Kia Sedona on February 20 2016, but have found out that may have been wrong. Shortly after buying the vehicle the auto locks started acting up, not a major issue for me, until May 11 2016, less than 3 months after we bought the van, when my wife turned on the A.C. and it was blowing hot air. Called the salesman to see if they would stand behind their vehicles and his first response was "Did you purchase an extended warrenty?", this is laughable later in the review. I said I didnt think we did, but he said he would check with his manager. He called me back and said they would not be able to do anything with the A.C. since they arent a Kia dealer so they would be able to properly diagnose the issue. I said ok but asked what did they do when the vehicle arrived on their lot to make sure it was in a condition to sell to a family. He said he wasnt sure but he thought on vehicle brands they dont actually sell they just check the general mechanical systems ( shocks, drive train, etc.). I am glad I didnt waste money on the extended warranty since if something did go wrong with my Kia Jensen Ford wouldnt be able to properly diagnose or fix the issue. This is the first and last time I will do business with Jensen Ford unless there is some major remediation or change in the way they do business. On a side note Robert Boneschans review for Jensen Ford should not be taken into consideration since he is a manager at Jensen Ford

I am a mother of 2 little ones and when I have gone in I need help and I need it quick. The SERVICE STAFF IS FANTASTIC. They tell me what the problem is and let me decide what I want done. They do not treat me as if I am incompetent. I hope Jensen knows what a gem he has in this group of employees. My husband and I will always recommend LeMars Ford Mercury to our friends, to buy vehicles and for service. Ive had help with low tires to find they have nails in them and have had the staff come and get my vehicle for oil changes. When the vehicle is returned, it is clean and the repairs/oil change is done well. I cant tell you what a peace of mind I have knowing the GREAT SERVICE I receive EVERY TIME. THANK YOU! Bought a truck that looked and sounded cool. It had work that needed done during purchase but only some of it was ever taken care of. Wouldnt show me a carfax, probably so I wouldnt find out right away that the truck needed a lot more done than I realized. Within just a couple of months solvent pop showed up all around the vehicle and bondo and rust became very apparent as the paint started to bubble up and fall off along the bumper and wheel wells. Shocks and struts I was told would be fixed by their extended warranty, but when I went in I was told that their warranty doesnt actually cover anything. It was just a $3,000 con game. Now I have an overpriced piece of junk and they lost 5 potential customers.

In January we were shopping for a new car and a subaru impreza was at the top of our list, we checked in Sioux Falls and had a poor experience at the dealer and out of frustration I looked for the next nearest and luckily found Jensen. In one call we had a great price and a great salesperson, Troy, who got us a fair price for our trade and a really good interest rate. The car is amazing, we have over 8000 miles on it and it is smoother than our toyota sienna xle and its capable of phenomenon gas mileage. We could not be happier with the car or the experience.

Called in this morning. I was put on hold for service department. After a slightly above normal wait I asked if I was still waiting for service department, I said yes. The lady said I will page again, back on hold I go. Then after another even longer wait the same lady picked up the phone and answered it as if I was just calling in for the first time. I would queston everything they do based on how they cannot even handle a phone call.

Disappointing... Purchased a car from this dealership a week and a half ago. In that time weve had the car 2 days. The service staff was told what the issue was and under what circumstances. They had the car for 2 days before they called and asked if the car needed to be warmed up for the issue to arise. Will not be buying another vehicle from, or taking the car to be worked on here again.

I really enjoyed working with Bill Fiksdale. He followed up with me when a car that was in my desired price range and miles came to the lot. He was great to work with and made sure I knew everything I needed before I purchased the vehicle. I ended up buying a Ford Edge, and love it! Since then, it has been serviced twice and all the staff are very friendly and do a great job.

Bought a Jeep from Jensen Ford Chrysler a year ago. They are very helpful after the sale. Im sure the people who have written negative things below were driving a dealership car at no expense, while their car was being fixed at no expense... Just a guess according to the service I got when I had an issue after I bought the Jeep. I will go back for sure.

Had an appointment at 2:00 pm for 5000 mile inspection. Decided to stay and wait for the vehicle, unfortunately, they did not get done until almost 4:00 pm. I just wish they had told me if they were that far behind and I would be sitting and waiting for so long. I would have had someone pick me up so I wasnt sitting there for so long.

Took our car into the dealership with a no shifting problem. They said it needed a $800 part. We said ok, got it back and it didnt even make it a mile. All together over $1800, and the first $800 part they put on didnt change a thing. Would not recommend their service dept. They dont stand behind their repairs

I bought a used car, had it for less than 5 months, brought it back several times and received absolutely no service. Their "peace of mind" guarantee apparently doesnt apply to anything other than the windshield wipers and horn, which doesnt help when the brakes are shot or the battery cables are corroded.

Service Department was Amazing! Arrived in Les Mars late one night & check engine light came on. Was 190 miles away from home & they were able to help out & get my truck fixed that day. Thank you for going above & beyond on your busy Monday to make it possible for my wife, niece & I to get home safely!

My wife and I recently bought a new Subaru Forester from there dealership. We live very far away and had to deal with the sale person over the phone. The sales person was very informative and helped us get a great deal. We were both very satisfied. This is our second vehicle from Jensen in 8 years.
