Horrrrrrible customer service. Was told I was getting "hooked up" and I specifically said I did NOT want a payment plan for a phone and would pay it off. I was led to the Motorola Droid Z Force. If youre used to Samsung or high-end brands, dont waste your money on this phone. Anyways, I will never go back here. Was told I could upgrade my accessory of the month for $70, later to find out I actually was charged $179. I was told a phone cover and screen protector of my choice would be free, I ended up being charged for that as well. The receipt is not a detailed receipt so I didnt know until I later I had a different rep look over my account, only to tell me I had not made any payments towards the phone I got. I got ahold of the store and was told I was charged $613 and some cents for accessories. Are you kidding me?! So a customer service rep was on the line and asked the female on the phone if there was any promotions going on and she said no. I will not be going back to this store again, even when I went to get a refund I was given poor customer service. Obviously customer service isnt a big deal here..I will admit the girl who did I return, I believe her name was Sarah, she got the return handled and had me on my way..wasnt rude at all. So props for having one rep there who knows what customer service is about.

Ive relocated from LA and have been here in Upland for about 3 days. Ive come across some of the worse customer service ever. I truly thought LA was getting bad. To have people just up right ignore you truly sucks. I hoped to find some sanctuary from a cell phone provider Ive had since high school. Thought their customer service might be a little more standardized but I was unfortunately mistaken. Walked in to this location. Its set up differently from the stores Im use to. So I wondered around looking for some assistance. Seemed like most employees didnt want to look up at me from their own phone. I was able to flag down a young gentleman (who was polite), but he could only point me to where I could check in. The guy handling that just avoided me. People clearly came after me. I standing right behind the person he finished talking to but he avoided eye contact turned to his left and starting helping a couple that just walked up. I will never come back here. I pay way too much a month to be treated like that. Simple customers service is not too much to ask for. If you have someone greeting and signing people in. Train them properly in handling multiple customers. Customers should feel welcomed not outcasted.

I have been to this store several times now, and every time, no matter the time of day, there is always a long wait. There is always an overabundance of salesmen on the floor eager to sale more phones and more contracts, but never enough technicians to serve the individuals who already have contracts and phones. This last visit, I was "helped" by a woman who did not listen to my problem, did not make any real attempt to solve my problem, and then was all to eager to literally waive me off. She really did! She reiterated what she BELIEVED to be my problem (was not at all my problem) and then gave me a flick of the hand, as if to say that she was dismissing me and my problem. She told me that no store would have the equipment to fix my phone and told me to have a nice day. The next day, I went to the store in Fullerton, and within 5 minutes they had fixed my phone and restored my oppinion of Verizon.

Worst VZW experience, because of the customer service I received from this store I am switching carriers in January. Visited store on cyber Monday, store manager told me wait time was about 25 minutes. An hour and a half and twice skipped later got to talk to someone to not even be helped properly. I got out of the store by 2140 which did not allow me to take advantage of BestBuys cyber Monday phone deal. Which I guess was a good thing because it allows me to switch carriers in January and not be committed for another 2 years.

I stopped by Verizon today to look at phones and tablets. I walked in the store with my family and not a word from any sales person....and it wasnt busy at all. I started to look at phones on my own and a sales person asked if he could show the phone, that was in my hand, to a another customer. I said sure....when Im done looking at it. Terrible service...not friendly at all until youre at the register ready to pay for something. I ended up leaving and going to Best Buy to buy my tablet.....great service there.

Dwight, the manager, tried to sell me a hundred dollars worth of stuff I didnt need or want. When I went back the next day, he walked me outside the store so no one would hear, and wouldnt take the junk back that was sold to me the day before (I was told the day before it was a bundled package and part of the phone cost). These people lie, and when called on it, he put my stuff on the floor and walked away. Verizon really needs a hundred dollars that badly? Dwight is a rude, argumentative child.

Too long of wait.. not too helpful reps. Luckily, Verizon has their "Diamond" location (verizons nationwide premium retailer) which is located just around the corner of this corporate store. The staff there was really knowledgeable and more than happy to assist my wife and I on all of our questions. We were able to upgrade our dumb phones to smartphones in less time than the waiting list at corporate. Highly recommend Diamond Wireless

Im not sure why theres all bad reviews. But right when I walked through the door I was greeted, 5 minutes later I was getting helped. The associate Javier was extremely helpful. Im very indecisive, and he was able to help me with a good attitude no questions asked. He also HOOKED it UP when it came down to the bill. He threw in some extras and gave me a bomb price!! Ill definitely come here for all my future questions for Verizon.

My wife has a "stupid" phone, aka a phone that does not need a data plan. For some reason the battery stopped working. Not only did they not honor the warranty that we paid for, but they wanted to charge us another $50-$100 to get the phone checked or if we would like to buy a smart phone. They had no answers to any of our questions and after adding my wifes old phone back into the plan, it was a waste of time.

These guys are really good at what they do! They listen to what you need and set you up right! High definition is wayyyy better then the local cable companies and they have the fastest internet available, up to 500 mbps! Great Service guys, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service!

the entire staff was rude and overcharged me…nice until you notice something is wrong with what you paid… so stressed with my visit had to go back and call customer service before even getting my money back that was for things i didnt need or ask for !!!
