This is the absolute WORST retail wireless store I have ever stepped foot into. They have terrible customer service, terrible employees, and worst of all terrible service! This store is ALWAYS packed and definitely understaffed. I waited for over an HOUR to get just a few questions answered regarding my bill. This is the absolute worst wireless service I have ever used! I definitely DO NOT recommend this to anyone! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. GO TO ANY OTHER WIRELESS CARRIER FOR MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst store and costumer service ever. Everytime I come to this store its a problem from the security guard to the manager in charge they dont know how to treat people. Employees always have this attitude and treat customers as if they were in a higher position than the costumer I mean I know they are the sales rep but the person whos buying the phone might be the CEO of the company so learn manera and start treating others with respect

Ruben martinez pomona ca ,I was in the pomona corporate store on 5/13/14 trying to upgrade to a F70 LG phone but they were out and didnt no if the next shipment would deliver them, they told me that if they didnt receive the phone until the special was over i could not have the order honored at the sale price,,,,how can you advertise something on sale you may not have until the sale is over,,,,thats wacked and sounds pertty SHADY

worst place ever!!! i went in to get my phone looked at, they had no idea what to do (service center my butt) they made a trouble ticket and told me it would be 5-7 days before they would call me, 2 weeks later i call them only to find no one knew anything about a trouble ticket, they put another in and said 2 day they will call me, well its been a week...and THEY WONT PICK UP THE PHONE!! dont waste your time at this store...

I agree with jessjess the staff in here are SUPER EXTREMELY RUDE, especialy Xochitl C. that girl got some serious attitude. If you have a problem with this Xochitl C, make sure to file a complain to MetroPCS.

Never going back again. Rude. Absolutely no customer service. Couldnt understand what "Steve" was saying. Spoke as if he hated being there and hated the customers. Not going back!!!! ever again.
