I went in to t mobile to buy a phone for my self and my boyfriend . I first called to see if they had any deals and Debbie was so kind to tell me about Their deals, I then went in to see if I qualified for the phone so I originally just wanted to purchase 2 galaxy s6 edge phones but my boyfriend wanted a gold phone witch was not in Stock for the 32 gigs Debbie was so nice and sold me on the 64 gigs so I decided to just get the edge plus I mean why not every one at the store was so friendly debbie ,Justin ,Jonathan ,Andrew and everyone else whos names I didnt get where just awesome I went in again to ask a question about my phone and everyone was so helpfull with no hesitation I always caught Debbie while she was about to leave or on her break and she was so kind to still assist me i know anyone who would of helped me out would of been just as awesome definitely will go back for future purchases BTW Im a manager a jersey Mikes and Debbie gets an A+ on up selling shes got talent and thank you Justin for convincing me to switch carriers everyone else is also awesome !!!!

I went to this T-Mobile to buy a phone because mine was broken. Keep in mine I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I selected the phone and provided my account information and identification. Here where the serious problem started. They wanted me to buy the phone on a lease agreement. I said I just want to buy the phone outright. So I took out my bank debit card to pay the store employee then told me they did not accept debit or credit cards to purchase a phone. He said he would get in trouble as it is against T-Mobile policy. He also stated he could accept the cards to pay for the taxes only. I have contacted T-Mobile and they said it is not their policy, surprise. They called the store and the employee who answered told them it was policy. The next move is on T-Mobile. In the mean time I would urge the residents of Pomona not to do business with this store as it clearly discriminates against us.

Switched from Verizon last Saturday. They are definitely selling a great product! The representatives there were all pretty knowledgeable, and gave us many many deals that Verizon would never give, even though I have been a customer since 1991. T-Mobile is moving phone service into the modern age with certain plans like the family plan, where you can add a 4th line for free. Overall T-Mobile is making their salespeoples jobs easy.

Lol never really been here but guy helped me with my phone and I was in and out in 2 minutes. Was probably fast because my phone just needed the SIM card from my old phone
