Im from India and was visiting my family in Irvine, CA last winters. When no other companys SIM card would work on my phone, At&t did and their represtative named Forest (at the Spectrum branch) was so great! He was very friendly and helpful, he assisted us even though it was a little over their stores closing time. Forest, if you ever see this I owe you a dinner/lunch.

pre-ordered iphone, changed my cell plan and ordered direct tv. i spent 3 hours there they lied, got everything wrong, fixed it and was still wrong. called at and t direct and they said this is a retail store and were just interested in making a sale…call at and t direct..they can do everything and you wont get stuck with amateurs and waste your time
