Worst Sprint store ever! I ordered the S7 edge online but it was backordered so I canceled it and went to this store since it was in stock. I needed a replacement phone before my business trip. After sitting around for 45 minutes watching 3 of 4 employees stand around chatting with each other.. my name was finally called by Joy Nguyen. LIE #1) I asked for the $250 Samsung S7 with 2yr contract deal. She said that expired and was online only.. so I had to go with $700 finance instead. LIE #2) She said there was a promo for $150 in FREE accessories with the S7. She grabbed a wireless charger, ugly phone case, and screen protector. I asked for the Otterbox case and she said only these qualify. Then Im like can I get more thats only $120.. nooope thats it. Okay whatever its free right? A month later I noticed my bill had all these extra changes and charges. *$127 lease for the FREE accessories *$700 phone lease instead of finance *Added nights and weekend before 5pm : $5mo *My monthly smartwatch plan was changed to a 2yr contract? Why? *Forged documents with initials I never use. I drove back to the store and waited until they opened and asked the guy for the supervisor or manager. He goes in back and comes out 5 minutes later with Joy Nguyen.. she comes out saying she is the supervisor how can she help?? I told her the situation and she says it will take her awhile to see what happened and she will give me call by noon.. Never got a call back so I called and ask for Joy the next day and was put on hold for 15 minutes then they hung up.. Im not going to bother with that store anymore so I went to Sprint Facebook and sent them a message. 2 days later a person from Sprint corporate called me and fixed everything in 5 minutes. Got my phone for the $250 I originally ordered and the accessories FREE as claimed. I ended up buying a nice $7 Obliq slim case to replace my FREE $30 case.

These guys were lazy at best. One guy was polite out of about six or seven and the remaining six guys were kinda just hanging out. After waiting for about 30 minutes I came to the conclusion that prioritizing wasnt theyre best skill because there was a person ahead of me. Just one person... I wasnt upset but i noticed that they werent very attentive. Long story short they mailed a phone in for me and told me theyd text me when it came in. They didnt. So I called back to check and spoke with someone who mumbled their name and said "hed call me back whenever he found it" but he didnt seem like he was speaking with a guest or someone he was working to help so I called back 45 minutes later and spoke with someone who looked it up within a minute and let me know I could pick it up when I had the chance. My assessment: customer service is inconsistent. 2 of about 8 total people who I had seen or spoken with were helpful. Id be embarrassed to read what I have read and experienced for this sprint location if I owned or managed the store or company. Joanna Ramos is correct. We customers pay your salary.

AWFUL service! There were 7 people working in the store, not counting the tech guys behind the glass, and 3 customers being helped, and 2 customers waiting. I waited for about 10 minutes kind of around the phones on one wall and then near the desk of one of the guys working there. He looked at me like I had 3 heads, and said "did you check in?" Ive never had to "check in" before, so I went to the Welcome desk where some guy was standing looking out the window. I gave him my name and he said I would be called when it was my turn. I went back to looking at phones, and eventually there were only 2 people in the store, and I finally went up to the first guy who was doing something on his computer. I asked if he could help me now and he said yes. WTF! He was horrible, kept jiggling his leg vibrating his whole body the entire time like he had worms, and he kept looking past me while talking to me, and looking at text msgs coming in on his phone. He was so annoying that I left without getting a new phone for my daughter. ALLAN, you suck!!!!! I HATE SPRINT!!!

This store set me up with a plan by manipulations and hiding all the surcharges when it revealed on my first bill. The saleman hooked me up with a tab iii by offering only the tax charge and not mention the deal comes with 14.95$ monthly contract for two years. And that was not even unlimited data but only 1 gig. At the end, I ended up paying $200 for cancelation. Thier defend was: you signed the contract. The contract was small piece of paper as big of a receipt with two page of fine print. I wonder what percentage of customer thinks the saleman is lie ing to make sure he/she needs to read the whole contract. Overall these people say any lies to pull you in any deal to make few dollars in commissions. Although I still love sprint service but I strongly advise do not get close to this store with such poor management and low integrity

We switched from ATT to Sprint. Thought we would save money. Turned out to be less service for more money and now I pay $10 more a month. Also, Sprint has terrible coverage in Irvine. Mostly 3G or less. You cant even make a phone call or use the internet from your phone while on the property or sitting in the parking lot outside their building! When I asked a sales girl about it, she told me they dont actually get cell service in their own store! We will be switching service providers when the two years is up. If you are thinking of switching to save money, forget it. They are all about the same and for the terrible network, I wish I had never left ATT.

Why is there no option for zero stars. This store is about the most dishonest and untrust worthy store in existence. I have been a sprint customer for 15 years....they are the final straw. Sprint is a bad carrier. This is a bad store......bad contacts, bad service, etc. if you made the mistake of getting locked in with sprint.....goto the Aliso store.....they atleast try to fix things...... Seriously, why would you ever consider sprint...? T-Mobile is a better deal and the service with faster speeds. I carry an LG g3 on sprint and an iPhone on T-Mobile - The T-Mobile is always faster and give me service.

This place was by far my worst experience in buying anything in my life. They scam you right in the middle of the day. I went to this place asking for a two year contract of Dec. 4th, 2013. Instead, they put me on a different contract and PRETENDED that it is a two year contract and I figured it out after two months, when it was too late to break the contract. In short, they told me my monthly payment for the plan is going to be 80$, while it turned out to be 111$/month. After two days of running after and calling sprint, I just stopped trying for now. I have not experienced this kind of scam in real life till now.
