I came to the store to replace my soundtrue cable which is 2.5 male to 3.5 male cord. Since this cable is veey hard almost impossible to find because most places only carry 3.5male to 3.5male cords i had to come to a bose store. Anyways i arrived 15minutes after they closed because i thought they were open later then they really were. The gentlemen working saw me at the door when i was checking my phone for store hours and asked if he could help me. I explained my dilemna and he explained the registers were already closed so id have to come the next day. I was bummed and walked over to a table near by so when the gentlemen walked up and handed me the cable I needed i was beyond ecstatic. He told me not to worry about the paymeng and that he would take care of it. I offered to pay and he reasured me telling me not to worry because of my products warrants. This gentlemen went above and beyond normal customer service. Sadly i didnt catch his name but i much appreciated his actions. Overall i would give them a 10 out of 5 rating if i could but i have to rate a 5 out of 5. I did want publicly thank this gentleman though for his kind gesture and give bose a great rating so others could expeience great customer service much like i did. Thank you bose employee and bose.

We 1st got the radio and loved the sound. Such a little thing with great sound. We looked at a custom home entertainment company. Yikes! They were also "slick type salesmen". After the ridiculous price they quoted me for equipment we didnt want we went to Bose. An understandable system with great sound and equipment. Highly recommend.

Peter G threw a card at me and told me to call customer service over a headset that was still within the one year warranty. I asked him to exchange it which he had to do and was very user unfriendly. I think Bose Fashion Island needs to get new employees who market their wonderful product with respect.

Everyone had told me that Bose made good speakers so I had to see it for myself. I really liked that you could test all the speaker configurations, and boy was I surprised. The rumors where true, these were the best speakers I have ever heard. Its incredible!.

This is a perfect location if you want someone that knows what theyre talking about to be present when you buy your speaker. These guys are adorable and they will take care of you.
