Played "hot phone" with my iPhone 6 on the concrete the one time I didnt use the protective case, cracked the screen and it wouldnt even turn on ... these folks were nearby so I took it to them to see if they could save it ... not only did they fix it right away, but had it working better and faster than ever before -- bye bye Genius Bar! I was treated very professionally, and by very nice people too ... Ill find myself there again Im sure, knowing the way I handle my phone ... good to know theyre nearby -- thanks!

Ramiro has terrible customer service this place is a rip off and they sell defective screens for $100. Buyer beware they are very untrustworthy dont believe their warranty upsell. I brought my phone back within one week for them to replace the defective cracked screen and Ramiro lies to your face and says that his vendor cant take it back. I would not take your iPhone or tablet here to get fixed its a wast of your time and money.

My son broke his iPad this morning and we need it to fix it asap since he uses it for school. I was concerned that it would take days to get it repaired I called dr smartphone and Ramiro said it would take about 30 minutes! I brought it in and yes it took 30 minutes. Ramiro has great customer service skills both on the phone and when I came in. I will recommend this place.

This place is awesome I got my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired here. It was badly damaged including the frame. Ramiro did his best to repair it and took only about 20 minutes!!!!! I will come back this week to get my iPad repaired. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.
