disappointed as a customer waiting for 5 minutes with no other clients. Morning 10:30 am on Saturday with my kids waiting for the lady to stop the gossip and pay attention to the customer. I had to ask to be helped when no one was around and we were clearly in front of her. she was upset I disturbed her conversation and asked if I had a number? no one in line and asked for a number??????? she also asked the amount twice as she was not paying attention. it was so frustrating that I asked where the manager was did not seem to give as if this was normal. I try to supper this business but now will be going to a more professional business. TO THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT. I value my time specially when with my family. To ask and bother staff for assistance and be give attitude is a waste of your investment and hardwork. if all your staff focused on customer service it would get you to higher level of business. such a dis appointment.

U am a Coffee drinker, good Coffee. No Starbucks, Don Francisco, Tully"s or petes. Can not believe a supermarket that doae not carry quality Coffee as in Arabica Bean whole bean would be nice. Ive asked staff why and they dont know what to say. Other customers say that the reason why Vallarta will not stock brands mentioned is "Mexicans Dont Drink Quality Coffee" i laughed saying see them waiting on line inside Coffee Shops. So i have to go to another supermarket making shopping twice the hassle. I am particular where i spend money so 4 out of 5 times i shop @ Stater Bros. Ole

I waited 15 minutes for them to open the store in the morning there were a bunch of people waiting so I asked why didnt let us in and the person in charge said that they couldnt let us in yet because they didnt have a cashier yet. What kind of stupid answer is that. Suppose the person in charge should be able to open a register ? I ask for a costumer service number. I been calling all day since morning and nobody answer and the answer machine doesnt tell you the hours that they work in the office of costumer service. So you cant even make a complaint. WHAT THAT HELL !

My love for cooking is probably matched by my love for eating... so I always look for the most authentic ingredients when I cook. Not only does this store have everything you need, but the selection and service are great! Chiles rellenos, carne asada, chorizo, fresh cheeses, fresh tortillas made in the store - theyre still warm when you buy them! You can fill your plate with restaurant quality (or better) food and not spend a fortune. This is a great place to shop.

Por si bienen a comprar comida y se le antoja tratar de comprar soda en doble litro olvidenlo no se que logica tiene tener la soda ahí si según no lo puedes compra ahi

I really love Vallarta. They have everything that Vons or Ralphs has but they also have a lot of stuff they dont. It also have a meat department thats a lot bigger than most grocery store and they have a good amount of people working too. Sometimes the lines are long but thats just because sometimes there is a lot of people.

Ckerks at the meat market are very helpful and fast, the ladies at the cremaria are supreme nice. The pan dulce or the bakery race the price by .10 cents and they made the sweet bread smaller. Comparing this market to the one they have on the City of Newhall the bread are very large in comparison.

Vallarta is ok but not as fresh. For some reason everytime Im here I feel like if Im at Wal-Mart. Long lines and the waiting to pay is long. The service of the employees is good, the managers might hit you and they would never say hello, or excuse me.

Their red salsa is great!!! Also the cheapest place to get an absolute ton of tortilla chips. The staff also seems friendly, and dont assume I speak Spanish just because I look Hispanic (which, okay, I am, but I wasnt raised as such).

Im glad that I live not so far from it, this Vallarta has by far the best service Ive seen. Ive been in 2 or 3 others, where I didnt go back. This one is my regular for fresh fruit and vegetables... and of course mini- croissants.

Literally my favorite grocery store ever. The juices & cafe food taste so homemade even though theyre made in a big super market! The staff is so friendly as well. We drive all the way from Studio City to go here!

Yes I liked Vallarta Supermark everybody is very kindthe meat cashier is very kind the cashier is very friendly and she is warm hearted she help alot with things. I like Vallarta it is an amazing store. :)

Custumer service is always a plus. Very helpful and friendly staff specially at the meat department. The only thing is that sometimes the shelfs at the vegetables/fruit department are empty. Thank you!

This location is larger and more upscale than some of the other locations I have been to. The food court has a large area where you can shoot at a table to eat your lunch.

Cashier were carelessly charging price for a wrong kind of fruit (braebrn instead of fuji apple) Therefore I paid double. Just watch out. :(

They choose a great location, no longer do we have to drive all the way to newhall. Great prices and a variety of ethnic Hispanic food!

Nice selection of products and food area is pretty big. Bakery is adorable and the sweet creations they make are out of this world.
