Im very disappointed and surprised by the very poor service at this location. I went in to price and buy new glasses due to a scratch on mine and look at a set for my wife. The 1st thing they asked was for my insurance. I told them I no longer have it and would be paying myself. I was surprised to see the sales person to look very put off... I told her I saw their add online and the reason why I was in; she proceeds to tell me the glasses I got 14 months ago are no longer under warranty and my prescription had expired and she could not do anything. Seriously?! How is this service, she pretty much told me you are too much of a hassle and they dont want my business. So let me say this, she just lost out on a customer who was coming in with an open mind and wallet to pay CASH for new glasses for him and his wife...and you dont want to help me because it might require a little effort and a smile...oh and insurance. To put this in perspective, I paid $350 OVER what my insurance paid 14 months ago for quality glasses and lenses... Your loss SVS Vision!

SVS does not know how to run a bussiness. I went and ordered my glasses on Sept. 25th of 2014 and paid $10. to have them shipped to my home. They called on Oct. 2, 2014 to tell me they were at their store. I told them on that date they were to be shipped to me and the girl I talked to said they would go out that day. On Oct 11th 2014 after not receiving them I called the store back only to discover they were still at the store and had not been shipped. I am very upset about the poor customer service at the Liberty, MO. store.

Had great experience initially with younger girl. Came back to pick up glasses a week later. An older blonde lady helped me. She was short on not very personable. When I asked her about a insurance coverage question she was extremely rude and short. I tied to explain I had a pamphlet from the insurance and she told me I could try myself but it wasnt going to happen. What happened to friendly service? I went back to my work and found the exact lady was extremely rude to other people i work with.

Very poor . These people do not know what their doing. Including the old doctor. They tried 4 times to get my perscription right an still could not do it. Very poor work I will not go back they can stick their glasses where the sun dont shine. They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sorry but they just do not know how to make glasses for people. SVS Is not a good place to go for glasses.

Best visit I have had to an optical place. Staff was welcoming. Dr. Mack was friendly and good natured. Charity was an absolute peach. She was patient and honest when I was trying on glasses. She helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses for me. Thank you guys!

The staff is always cheerful and is more than willing to answer any questions that I may have. They have an awesome selection of frames. Ive never been treated like a friend instead of a customer until I came to SVS.
