Lets start with the good stuff... The shop has some very cool frames and theyll only sell one of each, so not everyone is walking around with the same pair of sunglasses. Now the bad stuff. The manager is extremely RUDE. Shell talk all about the 2 year warrantee youll get with your glasses saying, "even if they shatter, bring them back and well replace them." But when I took my lenses in because of a scratch, suddenly they werent covered. Im going to wait another week for them to replace my lenses, then Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Also, this is a great place to try some fames on. But buyer-beware! Prices are two times the MSRP. I found my sunglasses online for half price the very next day on the manufacturers own website.

Love this shop. Love my Kazuo Kawasaki Designer eye glasses with the Sarah Palin sharp corner lenses.They are hard to find, since most stores dont carry them in stock, but this shop does. I keep getting compliments on them. (Like today, when I inadvertently left them at my previous appointment and realized in the car that they were missing from their case and hurried back to get them in time to hear the girls at the front desk inspecting them and saying "cute glasses.") This unique shop has honest, trustworthy, people working in it giving friendly (GREAT) customer service. They do everything they promise and more... and their warranty is (VERY) generous. Heather is as honest as they come. I wont go anywhere else for my glasses.

Due to no fault of Milan, old frames, they took that issue and solved the issue, above and beyond expectations. The degree of professionalism demonstrated by all is well appreciated. Wow! We couldnt be more shocked. We have used this company for a couple of years and recently we had 2 pair of glassed made into prescription sunglasses. They shipped them to or Arizona house UNINSURED without our knowledge. This is a package worth over 2000.00 with the lenses and guess what, we never received them. They want to take no responsibility for not insuring them. We will never do business with them again and will warn everyone we can.

Visited KC this summer. Found this store on the Plaza. Great selection of frames from reputable quality brands, a little pricey though but well worth it . Like quality of the service and lenses they offer. Will defiantly go back when next time in KC .

If you plan on going into this store just know that the staff is somewhat rude. The frame selection is great. But it makes more since to buy your frames online.
