I bought a used Maytag HE Washing Machine with a clear see-through top ... had to pay another man to install and to help me bring it to my home. It wouldnt work, so we immediately bought it back to S & D and replaced it with a Whirlpool Cabrio HE Washing Machine for an additional hundred dollars. After a year and three months, it breaks. I called Sears to come and repair it. The Sears repair man couldnt fix it because all of the serial and model numbers were removed! I drove to S & D to specifically ask for my model number and serial number for my washing machine ... the woman said that they dont keep those records??!! I asked the woman at the desk if they could repair the washing machine ... didnt ask for any kind of warranty or free fixing. I told her that I would pay for it, not a problem. She told me that I needed to bring in my year old receipt??! I guess that I would have also had to bring the washing machine to them. The woman was so incredibly nice and friendly when I bought the washing machine, and when I asked for the serial numbers and model numbers for my washer, she turned 360 degrees ugly rude woman. The only people that I have heard of that systematically remove serial numbers and model numbers are usually up to no good!! (thieves maybe? dont know!!) BEST ADVICE ... DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They are nothing short of con-artists! Tell you everything you want to hear when youre in the store and the moment you pay it all goes down hill. Was told Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer ran perfectly and that they would deliver. Not the case! An elderly, disgruntled gentleman delivered to my home by himself and had no way of getting it off his trailer. Two of my male neighbors came over to help and they ended up bringing it in and hooking it up, he didnt even have tools? I didnt look at the cord to the washer but it had been spliced and taped? The washer has all sorts of issues with the computer panel and has never worked properly. When I called to explain that I was having an issue the owner who was angry that i was calling told me that I could bring it in!!!! Bring in a washer?????? When I explained that I had never heard of such a thing and I was willing to pay someone to come out she hung up on me!!! Needless to say the 1200.00 washer/dryer set and the 65.00 delivery fee were a complete waste of my hard earned money!!! I dont know how these people sleep at night.

If I could give S&D Discounts zero stars....I certainly would!! They do not deserve the one star google requires me to give. The old disgruntled lady that owns the place is rude, unprofessional and their place smells like a crematorium. We bought a dryer from these people and it lasted 4 months..... 4 MONTHS! We had to bring the dryer back in after showing her bank statements that we purchased the dryer from them (she asked for a receipt that we didn’t hold on to) and she said her husband would look at it. They charged us after they fixed it saying that dog hair knocked the blower wheel out of its place. Give me a break! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! If you don’t want an appliance paperweight in your home, stay away from these people!!!!!!

Best experience I had in a long time, from the beginning of the purchase of my dryer to the end. Support family owned business but most of all support this one. Both ladies were sweet as can be and all there appliances are well maintained. I will be recommending to my friends. Thank you all for your help today, and I will be sending customers your way.

We bought a fridge from them about a mouth or so ago, and it stopped getting cold, so we called them up and said for us to bring it in, when spending 485.00 on a fridge , I think they should come fix the fridge besides us taking it to them.....!!!! I dont recommend anybody to this place, they have a lot of nice junk thats not worth anything,

Wow I was just fixing to go up there and buy a washer and dryer and look at some of their stoves. So glad I saw these reviews first. Will look somewhere else. Thanks for the info...I guess you must give one star to leave a review. From the reviews it should be zero....

They sold me a horrible fridge. My repair man told me that it must have been repaired at least six different times and to not waste my money and to buy a new one. Now Im out 800$ and they wouldnt do ANYTHING about it. Do not use this company.
