HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY PAINT FROM THIS LOCATION. We have been loyal Home Depot customers for years. We bought paint at this location on 2 different occasions (literally a week max difference). The paint lid had the same formula information as the earlier purchased lid. We got TWO different wall colors (see picture below). When I went into the store, the manager didnt come speak to me. They basically told me it was my problem and gave me two new gallons of paint to replace the paint that was incorrect. When I asked for store credit they offered me $100. THAT DIDNT EVEN COVER MY PAINT PURCHASES ( I had boughten a total of 5 gallons Behr Marquee paint). I filed a compliant with the cooperate office which was an even worse experience which resulted in the "customer specialist" saying I was lying about my experience and how large our basement was based on my paint purchase... hmm I didnt realize the manager of this store AND "customer specialist" were painters. Oh and her answer for when I stated I bought 5 gallons but 2 where different colors was that is why they couldnt offer me more store credit and they DO NOT back their paint mixer machines. When I asked to be transferred to her supervisor (3 times) she refused all 3. Sorry lady, I know you are NOT the end all be all to the customer care department. Such a joke. We were going to do a kitchen remodel, re-do our deck, and get all new doors from home depot. It is all going to Lowes now! Oh and we had ordered $3,000 worth of tile from home depot. Which they conveniently couldnt cancel in the store when I requested it be canceled. I will be filing a report with the BBB after this horrific experience.

Went to this store for vinyl sheet flooring, found a sample we liked at a reasonable price. Arranged for measuring -- had to pay $35 for this service -- credited towards flooring purchase or non refundable if no purchase. Man came out very quickly -- did measure very quickly & efficiently -- no conversation at all -- dont ask questions -- just there to measure. Recd cost quote w/n 2 days -- it included approx $1000. charge for skimming floor surface -- an item which we knew & had told them it didnt need & we wouldnt agree to. Husband phoned Home Depot & discussed quote at length over several different calls with several different people to have skimming removed from proposal but they insisted it had to be included. "David" of HD flooring even said he could tell from photos the measure man took that our floor needed skimming!! That ended our interest in HD for anything in the near future. Beware the skimming scam that so many flooring places tack on -- you may not really need it!! This is an easy $1000+ fee right out of your pocket!

Poor delivery and installation services. Even poorer warranty service, even if you purchase the extended warranty through Home Depot. The $3,000 Samsung refrigerator is 2 months old and is already having problems. We spent 45 minutes and numerous phone transfers trying to get warranty service. I spent 10 minutes trying to get through the numerous warranty menus regarding what year your product was sold. Make sure you have a pen, paper, abacus and Ouija board handy to figure out which number you need to press! For as much money as Home Depot makes on extended warranties, one should expect reasonable service. They should have a responsive phone center system set up to handle their calls. The existing system is pathetic. I feel like my money has been wasted on the Home Depot extended warranty. Since it was within 90 days, I should have gone directly to Samsung, I have had superior service from them in the past, and feel as if I should have foregone the cost of what appears to be a worthless Home depot extended warranty.

The most horrible experience ever trying to have a freezer delivered. Was never informed when I placed the order that you were given a time frame and that they dont take request. It took a month to get a delivery date and didnt find out until the night before about the delivery times. They showed up before I got home and would not return. The delivery company was extremely rude and could careless. Home Depot did little to nothing to resolve my problem. Between being placed on hold and transferred it took over an hour to get my order cancelled. Only took ten minutes to place the order. I will never order anything from Home Depot and they can thank the delivery service they are using for losing a sale. They need to find another delivery service and train their employees more in customer service.

Incredibly rude employees. Would give zero star rating if possible. Was trying to lift a 100 lb. pressure washer onto my cart and a male employee walked right by me and didnt offer to help. Another customer ended up helping me. Then the customer service desk told me they would accept a competitors coupon (I asked before I went to the trouble of loading the washer). As I proceeded to checkout they had some girl with blue hair and black frame glasses very rudely come over to say they would not accept it. That she "didnt care who told me they would, she is the head cashier and they arent going to" and walked off. Was going to spend around $700 total today but now I will never be back to this location.

My husband and I had just moved into our new house, and immediately had a water filter explode and flood the garage. Even though Home Depot didnt carry the system we needed, the gentleman we interacted with was kind enough to tell us not only where other places in the area were that might carry the parts we needed, but allowed us to use on of their computers to look up directions and phone numbers (we had no internet at the house yet and do not own smartphones). I was disappointed they didnt have the parts, but the customer service was superb! Every time we have gone back, weve been able to get help from fairly knowledgeable employees and help finding where things are in the store.

Wow, on August 26, at 9AM I called the Warrenton Home Depot customer service line, specifically the Kitchen and Bath department to ask for assistance in locating a duplicate kitchen faucet. The website is under maintenance so it says to call your local store. I explained my faucet and the lady told me that they have too many and I need the numbers. I told her that I have the model numbers and she told me I needed to "bring your numbers in and check yourself." This is horrible business. I will no longer be shopping here. Not that Home Depot cares if they lose one customer, but I care that I receive decent customer service.

Went to home depot in June 10th to order kitchen cabinets order came in on July 7th. Had some csbinets that was defective and some peices didnt come in at all.. Store rep was to reorder the new items on july 10th. Called a week or two later and still had not been reorder so again store rep was going to reorder on July 28th. Got call today August 1st from Home Depot and they wont reorder items until rep from Hampton Bay comes out to look at cabinets. Dont buy from Home Depot they arent has helpful as you think.
