Very poor customer service. Me, my cousin and her boyfriend were looking for a last minute prom dress for my cousin. Every store has its own policy, and I understand that. At the store I work at which is Charlotte Russe (all girls store) the boys are allowed to wait in the little aisle for their girlfriends to come out. So my cousins boyfriend was waiting in a chair in the little aisle of the fitting room, it didnt say anywhere that it was a womens fitting room or that there was no men allowed. If I were in the employees position I would just kindly say "Oh Im sorry sir but there are no boys allowed in the fitting room." But the employee there rudely told him to get out. And then when I tried to explain that we didnt know and at other stores its okay, one of the customers in the other room said "Its common sense" and that remark started an argument between her and my cousin. Sears security was called on us, (not on the lady) and they began to talk to us. He kept explaining their policy and I get that and all but all I wanted was a little more respect on how she asked him to leave. He kept addressing the issue of the "policy" and not of the rude employee. I asked to speak to a manager and I never got to, so I left. I came back because I was really bothered and really wanted to speak to a manager there. At that point all the managers were huddled up in a circle and you could tell they were talking about us. When I tried to speak to them the managers stood quiet and again, I was talking to the same security guard repeating the same things about the "policy". They were very bias about me complaining about their employee stating that "they knew her and she would never come off rudely" pretty much implying that I was lying. At my store if a customer has a complaint about one of the employees she would never say "I know her and shes not like that" she would say im sorry for the inconvenience and whether she wanted to address the issue with the employee or not our store manager would leave the customer feeling satisfied. Very unprofessional of them. At one point all I said was "were not hoodrats we would like to be respected" one of the managers named Milly rolled her eyes and walked away from the conversation while I was speaking. My cousin was outraged and asked for her name, Milly disrespectfully put the lanyard in my cousins face. I could tell I wasnt going to go anywhere with speaking to them so I asked for Corporates customer service number and they didnt want to give it to me. One of the employees said "You have a smart phone right? If you know how to use it you can look it up yourself." And I did exactly that and filed a complaint. Ive never been treated so badly by people of retail in my life. The whole situation was handled so unprofessionally, I will never go back to this Sears again.

On Facebook I found an ad that Sears will take recycle batteries and cell phone batteries. Why not recycle regular batteries like Double and Triple AAs, Cs, etc. Doesn;t it defeat the purpose?? There electronics department told me they just throw them out, but I could bring them in anyway? That is not very responsible in my eyes. Maybe Sears should be more specific and at least let their employees know what programs they have going on, When i placed my first call they didnt have a clue. So so disappointed. I always had the utmost respect for Sears. Now that has changed. Yours truly, Environmentally concious shopper!

I was reminded once again why I shop at Sears. The knob on the Jenn-Air I bought at Sears 20 years ago was broken and I could not discover the model number( it has been erased) and I needed it to get a replacement. Jenn-Air itself could not help me, but I called Sears Service and they told me the model number l I had purchased those 20 years before. It meant that I could find a replacement. Not only are the products you sell really good, but the service records you kept made my life a lot easier.

Worst customer service out of any store. Cash registers print a stack of worthless coupons (much like CVS does) then store wont honor them. Manager wont come out to speak to customers, just directs cashiers over phone. Messages to store go unanswered. Store has become more like Kmart (which was supposed to be Sears accusation not the other way around). They dont value customers. Save time and money and go to Lowes or Home Depot.

The vast wasteland of retail that is Sears. Where to begin. The musty smell, the outdated interior, and clothing styles that appear to be recycled from an old owner. The store itself looks as if it is ready to just collapse in exhaustion and defeat. They have little selection regardless of how vast it may first appear. Never a friendly staff and always a mess.

Excellent automotive experience!!! The guy I dealt with was named Justin and was giving me outstanding service from beginning to end! The mechanic working on my car was extremely helpful and honest! For once in my life I didnt feel like I got ripped off by an auto shop! I will definitely be back for my car needs! Very professional! Thank you Sears!

I bought 2 pair of glasses for over $400.00 and they are both pieces of crap and they wont fix all of the scratches in a few months period. So I now have to go spend more money at an actual eye store. These glasses are made with plastic. Bad choice on my part. Now you know why Sears in 10 years will no longer be in business.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I was there to pay a bill and the associate was very rude. No smile. No hello. Pointed to another register and said, "Go there". No thank you after I paid my bill just said, "Here you go"". Also, she didnt have a name tag but her associate number is 4390.

Do you like quality customer service, and a company who stands behind their products? If so DO NOT SHOP at Sears. A 4 month old lawn mower, engine blew. They said the oil was dirty and therefore not covered by warranty. The mower was not yet due for an oil change per the Manuel

Typical Sears. Knowledgeable staff in hardware, automotive and electronics. The restrooms leave a lot to be desired. Rarely clean.
