Tried to call in advance to confirm if they had an item in the store that I saw online. The website did not say. Called three times and no one picked up the phone, after trying several departments . Fourth time someone finally answered and I was put on hold without being allowed to ask my question. Still on hold, so I thought Id write this review while waiting. I was trying to save time but I probably couldve been to the store and back by now! P.s. the hold expired and Ive been rerouted back to the start!!

The fitting rooms near the bathing suits was so dirty and nasty I didnt want to touch anything in there. Someones drink cups, filthy walls and floors. The hooks were sticky and can only imagine what germs are on the handles. The store is really looking like it is being neglected. It needs a major cleaning all throughout the store.

Would not recommend this particular JCP store to anyone. Security Staff is very disrespectful . The young female employee that i had an "honor" to interact with was a clear racist ! Will never go there again. I think they should be more careful when hiring people... unless it a company policy to treat customers as a mud !

Gentleman who was at the register skipped us in line and take someone on the other side of the counter instead. So we figure were in the wrong spot. We move and the guy says the line is on the other side. No kidding. Then he rang up stuff and didnt want to change the price to the price displayed by the merchandise.

Located in the Mall at Greece Ridge Center. A 2 story department store. Great clothing departments for all ages and genders. Clean, well laid out store. Friendly staff. Weekly sales. Good prices for the quality they offer.

This is a review for the photo dept. What a mess!!! They pull you in push you out in less than 5 minutes and then push you to buy the poor pics they took! Will not be back!
