My wife purchased three pairs of shoes for our three children for back-to-school shopping. Among a bunch of other clothing for the kids. My wife got home, 45 min drive, and realized she didnt have the bag with the shoes. Called up to the store and verified the store still had the shoes. Got there two days later, shoes had been put back. Wife requested a refund and Brittany, the "store manager," refused to issue a refund or provide the shoes to my wife. Wife left in tears, I called up and spoke with Brittany. She refused to provide her last name, and refused to identify her manager until after at least ten requests. She would only identify her manager as "Kevin." And his manager as "Jay." But claimed Kevin was not working and would not be working for several days and there was no way to get in touch with "Jay." Complete lack of professionalism or ethics. Maybe its just Brittany. But we wont be back to this store and Ill share this story with everyone I know on FB.

My fiancé had her wallet stolen on 12/3/16. The thief went straight to this Target location and attempted to buy $3400 worth of gift cards. He tried 3 different cards of hers and then took a few gift cards off and ended up buying $3200 worth of gift cards. On 12/2/16 this target store was given a description of this man and his MO that matched exactly what he did. Three different cards attempted, the cards were in a womans name and they had a heads up from the local authorities and no one thought to question this transaction at all. On 12/4/16 I confronted Joe one of the managers at this location and he gave me a wonderful explanation... We were busy Beware of Target

I think this is one of the bigger (and nicer) Targets in Richmond. That said, I havent been to all of them, but at least compared to the one in Short Pump, the selection seems broader. I frequently find myself thinking, "oh, Target has that" and then walking to the Short Pump one and not finding it, because Im just used to the one in Westchester Commons. The staff here are also generally very friendly, and the grocery section here is a decent size. That said, Target is Target is Target, and youll find most typical Target things here, just more of them. =)

This Target is usually very clean, well stocked, and well staffed. Service is even with other Targets that I have visited. Each time I have been there I have been impressed with how quick they are to open another register if the checkout line is more than 2 or 3 people.

I was excited with everything I found until check out. Our cashier was Tanisha. We said hi to her twice and she did not acknowledge! She was rude and unkind. I will not return. In fact I will be returning my merchandise.

Calm, satisfying environment, unlike Walmart. Awesome rewards program (REDcard - save 5% on every purchase). Have everything except groceries. Always many check out lanes available.

My favorite Target in the area. Its not the high-traffic zone that was expected (and built for) so its never that busy, and the aisles are roomy and overall its clean and quiet.

Pretty decent Target. Usual, convenient layout. Smells like sewage outside the store but its probably something they cant control. Nice store inside with friendly employees
