Over all good experience..I came to exchange a vacuum filter for the correct one... no one in appliance department...saw an associate in mattress department...he was with no customers....Stacy refused to exchange....told me the other associate was at lunch....went down stairs....the cashier exchanged it promptly...very courteous and friendly young woman.....I have given the five stars to your cashier... Stacy I would rate him a zero.

NEVER CAN GET A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE THEY TRANSFER YOUR CALL - NO ANSWER AND THEN IT GIVES BUSY SIGNAL - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ENOUGH HELP TO GIVE SERVICE - CLOSE DOORS
