In general, dont like this store. Like most reviews, the customer service is lacking. I try not to shop here as much as possible but since moving to Clear Spring it has become a more frequent destination because of their hours. Not sure if its just me, but it seems they are constantly moving things around so by the time you get used to knowing where to locate your items to make the visit more efficient, then they go and rearrange again lol. I should also note that if you decide to call to see if they have something, dont always go off their word. Alot of times I end up talking to someone who isnt familiar with the department in question thus have no idea whether something is in stock or if they carry an item at all. That being said, I wanted to give positive feedback to an employee in the photo center. Historically I have not had great experiences with the service. However, last week I had ordered some prints online and went in to pick them up. The cashier [couldnt find her name on receipt] was a middle aged, heavy set woman with just a plain blue shirt, no walmart attire. After paying, this lady had over-heard me say to hubby that the prints definately did NOT look like the preview I had seen, so the colors were very distorted. She spoke up and told me that if I wasnt satisfied 100% I didnt have to take them and could be refunded OR I could try to order them again with corrections and would have no problems swapping for the new ones. She attempted to help me do this through the photo kiosk but unfortunately needed to be done from home. When I went back to pick up the second set of prints the same woman was there. She somewhat remembered our previous conversation and offered help again. Turns out that alot of times you photos are auto enhanced, with regular photos that may be a good thing but since I was getting invitations made the enhancement made the colors looks completely different. Although it was a huge pain having this issue and resolving it, I was VERY impressed with how helpful she was. She was very proactive to offer her assistance with out me having to even run her down and beg her to help me like most employees there. Big 5 Stars to this woman! :]

Today data is 05/01/17. time was 10:30pm. My name is Alina Badir , Im mother of 5 beautiful children and today in Walmart happened something unbelievable my friend and whole Walmart employees saw how one sick lady was yelling and physically abusing her own child in public, so when she slapped her child I couldnt let that escape ape I walk to that lady ask her nicely what the hell is she doing she need to behave herself before being her child she told me I need to walk away I said no Im not so I start in conversation with her then manager came to me I explained to him what is going on then I call the police because I dont know if shes acting and physically abusing her child in public like this Im afraid to imagine what she might do to that poor baby at home so before the police arrived does both managers helped to that crazy mother to escape from Walmart. I had worst Manager assisted me since I live in Hagerstown, and I wont be surprised if Ill see that mother in the news later because she abused or killed her children, but if something will happen like that Im going to be the first and one who will call the news and report about both those managers is involved to all that because it is not fair when somebody see that child is in dangerous hand and help her escape. Shame on you guys, ya have no humanity or parents feels. Im sorry all I can to is pray to God save that poor baby boy from bad parents, babies dont have to pay for their parents bad life they created them self.

I cant believe all of the negative reviews here. We visit this Wal-Mart once a month. Im very thankful for this store because when we moved across the country we were able to see this location on Google Maps so we knew that wed always be able to find something if we needed it. It is a bit of a drive from our house, but there is a comfort knowing it is there. Sure, there are almost always pallets in the aisles. But, that also means theyre always stocking their shelves. Have you SEEN how much stuff they put on the shelves, only to be mostly empty 24 hours later? Theres a high turnover, and they already have huge sections for the common foods. Sure, its quite often very busy, but the parking lot is never full. It is quite often fairly packed in the middle lanes close to the store, but the parking lot is huge. If youre willing to walk a little bit, you are always 100% guaranteed to find a spot. Wal-Mart is a big store, so there will be lots of people. After seeing people writing negative reviews because they were told to move on after loitering... I couldnt help but write my own review because this place is much better than the current reviews. It may not be a 5-star Hotel, but it is reliable, prices are good, and they have almost everything you could need.

Victoria who claims to be an manager is very rude and unprofessional, she hung up on me cause I ask her what her last name was. I wanted to tell her to tell the deli lady not to let other walmart workers cut in line cause she claimed they have a short lunch break, we all do but it was no big deal to me if she would understand we all dont have a lot time and I wanted the manger to explain this to the deli lady, no big deal, well not till the manger Victoria acted like a big butt hole and again I was not really mad till Victoria became a butt hole and hung up on me, well lets say my every sat food shopping will be at food lion now ! BTW The deli lady was polite just needs to know she need to put customers first or at least tell the other walmart employee to take a ticket and wait his turn but this is in no way a complaint against her, only reason I am here to review this walmart location is based on this manager Victoria, this also was the second time since summer I had to deal with rude managers at this Walmart location . from what I am reading here, I am not the only one who thinks the managers here need to change their attitudes . Maybe walmart needs to fire all managers and start fresh with new ones since the ones there do not want to do their job !

They shut down the self check out sations after 10 or 11 P.M. I do understand why they loke to shut it down but it causes problems for the customers. They only leave 1 ot 2 registers open and they are all always backed up and God forbid if there is only one open and someone is having issues with their transaction, etc. . .because it could end up taking you 30 minutes to check out, even when you only have 1 item. That is insane, Ive had to leave without getting what I needed, because of this ongoing issue. Another, problem I have is with sizes in shoes and jeans. I have to watch the shelves like a hawk, because it takes at least a month or more for them to restock the size I need. I have to buy new jeans and work shoes every couple months, and its a true struggle sometimes considering Im only aloud to wear dark bootcut jeans and non skip shoes that will look good with the jeans (not to mention Wal-Mart is cheap for clothing, and my first choice for clothes I will ruin in two months at work). Anyways my point is, dont hold your breath if your on a restock of your size! Wal-Mart is convenient though, and their always open, so thats a plus. You can also buy online, which is good if you do have a challenge like myself.,
