At the Bon-Ton near the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD, Mike S. in the mens department gave me excellent customer service. He helped measure me for a tux for my wedding, and I really appreciate the attention to detail he gave. Macys lost my business and Bon-Ton got it.
