This walmart is pretty clean, kept up nice but the shelfs are rarely stocked and when you ask for something its almost impossible to find someone that works there besides the cashiers. I went in to buy paint last week and waited almost an hour before I found someone and that someone had to page someone else. Its the same experiance with all the departments. When you ask an employee about a product in the electronics dept. you get that deer in the headlights look and they have to go find someone else. I use to do all my shopping at walmart for years because they had that home town feeling and always had someone around to help. Walmart has turned into a cheap dept. store and that home town feeling is totally gone. It seems like 99% of their products are made in china, are very cheaply made, but yet walmart still charges a price that rivels macys and other high end department stores. I wont be shopping at any walmart again. Ill go to the other places, its a further drive but there I get better quality products and the employees are much more helpful. Good by, Walmart P.S. Walmarts hunting and fishing Dept. they are always out of .22 ammo even on Delivery day. While they are stocking the ammo shelf I am there and have been told that there is no .22 ammo. Even though there invoice says they received .22 ammo. So who is buying it before it gets stocked on the shelf? Better yet why would one person need all that ammo, what is going on Walmart.

This is my favorite Walmart in the area. The rest are consistently out of stock and just nasty. Unfortunately, while picking up my black Friday ship to store TV I had a bad experience. That old nasty woman at the customer service desk implied that I stole the TV. Then when I proved her wrong she implied I stole tie down rope! I picked up my order from store pick up in the back. I needed tie down rope for the lot attendant to help me outside. He specifically told this broad she is getting rope and will come back here so we can finish, page me to come back when she gets here. I go get rope, check out and tell the 2nd worker at customer service to page him. This old broad butts in and says did you pay for the TV. I show her my email saying pickup ready, come here ....and this b!tch says that doesnt show you paid even though the email has my last four cc numbers and the price. I point it out and she is too done and says well did you pay for the rope! I looked her dead in the eye and sarcastically said no I stole it...the guy came and we walked out to load my merchandise...I mean come on really.!!! She should not be at customer service 1. if she does not know that prices are on pick up emails and 2. if she is profiling people like she is store security. Lady, your job is to take returns and do price checks...go have several seats.

Good for everything but the food. Summary of my food experiences: Chicken is piss poor quality, often tastes frostbitten (chicken is cheaper at Wegmans, and tastes better too). Eggs are often stuck to the packaging and one of their yolks was hard. The fruit is repugnant, molds fast, and lacks flavor (probably imported). I bought a mint plant once, it refused to live and committed suicide despite ample water and light. The only reason I shop there is because Wegmans lacks a large housewares and electronics section. I feel bad for every penny I give this horrible business. If only they paid their employees a living wage maybe this place wouldnt suck so hard. Sam Walton (founder of Walmart) is likely burning in Hell as I write this. Lucifer himself should press him with a flaming hot cattle prod for every small business that closes its doors due to Walmart. Sammy boy better run because when I join him in the Fourth Circle of Hell Ill give him something to remember me by. Check out the fishing section thats cool tho.

So we were in line for about 20 min waiting to get the cashier to maybe make eye contact. Too bad they are Masters at it. A lady walked up and said they needed to give her keys back and she was out of time. 2.5 hours for cleaning a headlight lens that was supposed to take 40 min. When we were finally called not only did they quote us on the wrong tire size which drastically changed the price but now they didnt have them in stock. They would take a week to get in. Great big bummer Walmart. The last time I was here I had tires done. The lad doing them couldnt re-associate the wireless valve stems to my system. They still show low pressure. His suggestion is to take it to a dealer. Listen. No body likes to have to go to a dealer after work was performed when they didnt need to 2 hours ago. I know you are the biggest company on the planet and could care less. Business model of quantity vs quality but try it the quality part some time. They dont have to be mutually exclusive of each other.

I feel there is not enough coustermer people that work there do not enjoy there job, I also the elderly employee are taken advantage of for position s of a story king role with in the store ,I helped an employee because she had a problem lifting a box just to move out of another coustermer way . Training is also an issue , the employee is not knowledgeable in the department that is worked or never around to help with questions or assistance to get a product . I also dont want to check myself out in self check out when I get out of work at 12am in the morning I want to be waited on not doing a cashiers job this why I think Walmart is not what it used to be to me its becoming a greedy cooperation and needs to go back to the old ways.

This review is for all walmarts as they are designed in such a way that they are really for hillbillies and people who dont really have self respect. The store is large, the store is clean. Customer service sucks so bad. Employees dont engage the customers at all first. They dont inquire the customer if they need assistance. The employees are almost all if not non-existent except only at registers. This makes all walmarts feel like the employees are there to guard the tills and nothing more. You would have better customer service by asking other customers for help. That is sad.

Normally I wouldt review a Walmart, but this one is darn good and deserves a good rating. It is everything you expect and want from a giant big box store. It gets high marks for being clean and having friendly staff. Heck, even the folks shopping there are a cut above average. For being more than what you expect - 5 stars to Brockport. Nice work!

Pretty awesome, unless you need something that is a little out of their selling plan. Out of season? A place this big has to have seasons of stuff? I get the lack of winter stuff in the summer, but not having a sweatshirt or hoody for boy children in the summer? Sad that Walmart is this unimaginative to a cold or rainy day in the summer.
