Dutch Farmer

I was at the store fir 6 hours. Throughout the store many clerks rushed past me without stopping or offering to help me... even when I asked them directly, I was mostly ignored and snubbed by the clerks. When I was at a counter waiting for help, one clerk stepped in between me and the products I was looking at while he talked on the phone or was busy on the computer... the other clerk failed to offer to help me while he did nothing and I waited at the counter for more than 30 minutes. He then offered to help other customers who arrived after me (customers who were men) without ever offering to help me. A third clerk came and answered one of my questions, and helped me locate a product I could not find... but none of the clerks offered to show me any of the high dollar products behind the counter that I was interested in purchasing. Customer service failed in a big way, the store lost approx. $3-4k in sales to me that day. Please send clerks to training to learn customer service, and teach them to recognize that women have money and are customers too. To be fair, the checkout clerk was wonderful, pleasant, met me with a smile, and got me through the line quickly.

Love the huge selection. Love the quality. This is our go to toy store if you love gardening, farming, critters and working the land. Ive never seen such a huge inventory of jeans. Seriously, the pet and livestock food choices are worth the trip, and the canine selection for toys and equipment beats all the pet stores by far. Our dog loves the larger pig ears sold in bulk here for a fraction of what we pay elsewhere. I do agree with the others that the staff is thin, and when you do catch them, they are not trained well. Hopefully RK remedies that, because the store is fantastic!

Ive personally dealt with several associates and always felt they wanted to help and are very nice. I only give it a three star because this store is so over priced. They do have things you cant buy anywhere else in town but most everything there Ive seen at other local stores for less. I also think there should be someone outside to help people with all the merchandise for sale outside. Its kind of a pain to keep going in and out of the store asking for assistance.

Ive read that the employees need to be more helpful. Maybe theyve addressed the problem because when I was there walking around with a torn box in my cart (it was the last one I saw of a particular item I needed), one of the employees stopped to ask me if I wanted the same item in a nicer box. At that point she took a ladder and got it for me. I appreciated her help very much and cant wait to return.

We there Years Day 2017 for the first time, enjoyed the store thought it was very nice and clean, the staff wasnt that friendly, I didnt think but did enjoy the store. Has just about anything you would want. Love the nice Stihl selection they have. I would go back again, just be nice if there was one closer to us, maybe like in Winchester Va.

This store has such a great selection and some great quality items. BUT, the employees are awful. I have never seen such rude and unprofessional employees. I have only seen a few good ones, but it reminds me of high school, if the good ones try and do their job all the slackers want to talk bad about them.

You can definitely spend all day in this store but I was in there for 5 minutes, waiting for my turn to be helped as I had questions and the employees were very disrespectful. They had great prices on items but from now on Ill spend the extra money elsewhere so I dont have to deal with them ever again.

They help you to find what ever you want. They are a lot cheaper than the other feed store .they got all most any thing you wont. They have a lot of nice weapons. Every one should go there and look around and see what they got

First time visiting. One stop shop for literally just about anything farm, yard, home related. Think Tractor Supply meets Walmart without the large grocery section. Prices are very good to average. I will be back.
