Its absolutely ridiculous that theyve moved the online order pick up from the back of the store (closest to the stockroom and store entrance ) to mid-store. If Pennys can find a way to inconvenience their customers, theyll do so. Dragging people halfway through the store to pick up an order will NOT induce spontaneous shopping. Infact, they have probably increased merchandise theft, now that more people are walking through with bags and boxes. Furthermore, now the sales clerk has to walk MUCH further to get your order, so the customers wait time has also increased. BAD IDEA Pennys.

Whats Up

Tried to buy a gift for grandmother ( only one in our family that shops at penneys) at holiday, sales women Party was so rude.....and store was a mess. Just go out of business already...

A pretty standard department store. It is nice and clean. However, the bathrooms are not easy to find. They are hidden and the signs are not that obvious.
