My wife & I have been thoroughly disgusted with the level of service and lack of professionalism and competence displayed by the associates and managers. I tried to buy a mower, 3 times, with cash, only to be either not waited on for 20 mins., or promised a a discount which the manager rescinded over the phone without an explanation in person or otherwise. I went to Lowes and purchased a better, bigger mower for the same price from knowledgeable staff and a 10% discount.

The level of service is so bad from top to bottom. Bought a lawnmower online, a couple days later when printing the paperwork ( I didnt get any email it was ever ready for pickup ). The price had dropped. Went to get a price adjustment. No one knew how. When to tools desk, the manager, he sent me to shipping . They sent me back to tools. Waited another 10 minutes. NO help, manager would look at me. Canceled the online order and walked out. Place is a joke.

Was on February 26 Last day of the bed offerings went my wife and I and while talking with the sales person we headed to see one that was on display the price was very good although no guarantee when we arrived was another American started talking and he stayed with The bed, left us waiting and never even apologized we had to go and buy the bed somewhere else. Was so bad.

How does this place stay in business? Was there at prime shopping time on Saturday, and I saw a total of 5 people in the store. I guess its the place to shop if you dont want to see other people. It used to be a great place to buy New Balance shoes but no more. They are gone. Their prices are not as good as Wal-Marts.
