I am extremely dissatisfied and upset that my refrigerator has been rescheduled for delivery for the third time. I purchased a refrigerator on Saturday for delivery on Wednesday 10/14 after 12:30 as I was going to be on a conference call - which I indicated on the order. They came at 12:15. I asked the man to wait 10 minutes as the call was wrapping up. I came downstairs in 7 minutes and he was leaving my house. Instead of getting in my car and stopping him, I called the Customer Service number. They told me he had left the area. I could see him at the end of my block and I told her so. They said no he was gone and I had to reschedule. Friday afternoon 10/16 I stayed home all day Friday with my phone. Everyone else called me. No calls from the delivery service. I called at 6 and the automated service confirmed my delivery time of 3 to 7. At 6:45, I called and was told that they tried to deliver, called my cell and no one was home. I asked to speak to the supervisor Linda, who told me the earliest delivery date is Wednesday the 21st of October. I explained that I have not had a refrigerator for a week to date and she said 10/21. I will NEVER buy anything from Home Depot again that includes dirt for the yard, grass seed, a nail, etc..

La tienda es buena casi siempre se encuentra lo que uno busca, pero yo como hispano la visito solo cuando no encuentro lo que necesito en otra tienda, porque desde que nos dimos cuenta que el presidente de home Depot apoyo a Donald Trump cuando andaba haciendo campaña desde entonces estamos muy ofendidos con home Depot.

Worst customer service ever!! I bought a bucket of paint!! They give me the wrong paint i took it back because thats not what i ask for.. i talk to this person call manager!! Cindy!! Check the paint and told me theres nothing they can do given me i really bad attitude.. i dindt think i deserve it cause i dindnt do nothing wrong so i got really mad i give her my receipt and the paint i told her " if you dont give me my money back $120 keep it you may need it more than i.. never coming back avoid this place going back to lows right across the street they really know about custumer service

Horrible customer service experience. We needed a pile of plywood cut and the individual assisting us was extremely rude to the point where we decided to cut some of the wood at home. Ultimately, we ended up having to buy a table saw at another manassas Home Depot because we didnt have the appropriate saw to cut all the way through the 4x4s. I understand that people get busy but we felt very uncomfortable and the experience completely ruined our fun weekend project.

I went in looking to replace a couple of fence panels, I believe it was Rich who "helped" me. I asked if they could cut the panels down to the sizes I had measured, he said no and walked away my boyfriend was standing a few feet behind him and he heard him say to another employee " I could have done it but shed just bring it back bc she probably measured wrong" I walked right out never to return.

I hate when I have to go to this Home Depot. Whenever Im here and need help, I call another Home Depot with my cell. Ive had people tell me they dont carry a particular item, walk five feet from them, and trip on one. Those who are willing to help just arent competent enough. Help yourself or go somewhere else.

The workers are not interested in helping you. Every time I come to home depot I regret coming here. A complete waste of time. Spent 40 mins waiting to have blinds cut. Go somewhere where your time and money is appreciated

It took 2 hours to get an order from the Pro shop that was called in and 3 items had to be taken off and 3 added that I was told the store didnt have but when showed that the items were in stock finally appeared

Went there 20 minutes before closing and everyone was helpful. We needed some wood cut for our staircase and the gentleman there cut it with no problem. Very friendly staff, especially for right before closing.
