I was duped by this man. I called to have him repair my dishwasher. On the phone, he said $69. He fixed a simple wire and charged me $99. He said it may stick or may not but to call him back if it did not. OK, I did not question as I was so happy it was fixed. But another $30 still but ok will let that one slide. Then, it was hot..hottest days coming up. Talked to him about my AC. He said I needed new freon. He said but expensive - that I needed 3 new gallons because it was 62 and should be 80. Well, Ok do it as it is hot and our rooms upstairs are hot. So, he does it and guess what, not any cooler. On top of that, it is $150 per gallon. I find out that that is super high. Upon talking & looking at what should have been looked at first, it was my AC filter. He never checked that or asked me about it. He knew that we had had a compromise as the ceiling fell & the insulation went all over my bedroom. For sure, now that I know that an AC Unit needs a filter, that this could be part of it. I have never changed it even! When I called him back to ask him why he did not check that, he said you had said you had replaced it. I said no I didnt. It was the one in the furnace which you saw. He also tried to sell me a new AC Unit as well just like another customer on here said. He is shady and tries to sell you things you dont need. I will report him to the BBB as well.

My dishwasher was acting up and at the same time my disposal. I called up and the manager picked up the phone and he was very kind man. I explained my problem and told me it will be a $69 service charge to come out and look at it. I think thats what the guy under was confused about. That was actually very cheap compared to $99 from Michael and Son. Also like every company, if you do the work, they refund the service charge. Mr. Moe showed up to the time I was given and told me, the disposal fuse was bad (easy fix, no charge) and the motor of the dishwasher was bad. I told him to replace it and he said he can get me a good deal on the appliances. I got a refurbished Bosch dishwasher at a great price (compared to Lowes). He installed it and didnt damage my granite countertop. I was very happy with the work and Mr. Moe was a hilarious man. He was very kind to my kids, made them very happy. First time when someone came over they didnt scream, they just sat there and watched him while he cracked jokes. I got a call after the work from the manager asking how i liked it, i was happy. I would recommend this to anyone, I think the guy under me was in a bad mood that day cause this company deserves more than 5 stars. I will call BBB also to let them know of there amazing service.

Very professional and very polite. They called and scheduled. Came as I was told. The specialist was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue just hearing it. Went in the back and moved a hose and noise stopped. He stated a part needs to be replaced. Scheduled next day and installed part. Quick and easy. Recommend this company over any competitors.
