This place has been in business a long time, under a couple different names. hard to compete with big box stores I bet. The biggest benefit weve experienced is with their inventory of odd parts (clothes dryer guides, washer motors, etc..) that the big box store jjst does not have and that I needed a personal touch to help make sure that I ordered the right part for our machines. Their parts manager is a bit gruff and crusty, but he knows his stuff and will point you in the right direction. Their prices for new appliances just do not seem to match the big box prices, but last time I was there they had a good selection of lightly dented or scratched brand new appliances that were marked at an excellent price. When we need an appliance i will check that inventory first. Sales folks are super nice.. Location is small, and parking can be a bit tight. Still worth checking out whenever you have an appliance or appliance part need.

Unprofessional, rude liars! Their parts department makes their own hours and their customer service sucks. Last week I called they said they close at 2pm but would be open regular hours this week. I did not know what regular hours are so today I called and asked what time the parts department closes was told 4pm. Get there at 2:28pm only to hear the parts department is closed. I said I called and was told 4pm. This guy says I dont know who told you that because its only us 3 here. Like I am lying! I did not point to the only lady and say her, I waited for her to speak up to apologize but she said nothing then I said I am not going to call anyone put but if its just the 3 if you, the person knows who they are and I cant believe they arent even professional enough to APOLOGIZE...No problem I ordered my part from somewhere else online and will wait the 2 days. Lakeside SUCKS

I needed a replacement heater coil for my Samsung dryer and they had what I needed in stock. The one star review is for their pricing. I did need the part immediately and it was a Saturday, but if I could have held off until Monday for the part to arrive from Amazon I would have paid $19.50. Instead they charged $67.34 for the same part. That is quite the mark-up in my book. Double the price of Amazon I would be fine with, but more than triple the price is quite excessive.

The manager is so rude and unprofessional. Went in for a new stainless stove. Their website claims that they wont be undersold. Found a much better deal with a big box store and they refused to beat it. Dont be fooled by the their online claims. Steer clear.

Yesterday the repairman was supposed to be here between 2-4, the 4-6 and the 8-10 this morning... no show! The dryer worked for 4 days and then went dead 2 1/2 weeks ago. Ive lost count of how many times Ive waited and no one showed up.

Not only were they open on a Saturday but the parts department stayed an additional 20 minutes for me to travel from western Chesterfield. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wont hesitate to return.
