Do not but anything here.THEY DRSERVE 0 STARS. I bought a 2 door refrigerator that does not work my food was spoiled. And the refrigerator stinks. They said that once plugged in the refrigerator would not stink and it does still stink. And the handle is loose. I called and they said they would replace but they had no refrigerator that did not stink like dead animal and they only had a new beat up stainless 1 door refrigerator that had dents on it that did not stink but I had to pay an additional $223. They are crazy why would I pay more when they should be fixing the sitution with an even exchange. The owner could not talked to me he shouted at me. And then I said that I have friends from his country that they have told me the men want women to be submissive. Well I told him I am one women that will never be submissive. He claimed I was being racist I did say anything racist with his action shouting at me he is indicating he wants me to become afraid and that does not work with me. If anything he is racist agaisnt women who he believes he can swindole more money from. I told him to be honest to people dont sell refrigerator that do not work and he should not expect people to spending more money when he should be curing the sitution. Its not that I cant spend more money its the purpose that if something doesnt work you have a right for equal exchange or store credit if you have no refunds. Save yourself the trouble and never shop here.

Starting out I thought this place was great. We found a decent stand up freezer for half of the price of a new one. They even delivered same day. Fast forward exactly 59 days later (conveniently less then 2 weeks longer then the warrenty) and Im sitting outside with my newborn and animals as the firemen drag the freezer outside before it catches my house on fire. We call the company and were told that it couldnt have been the freezer that caused the fire! Well Prince William Fire Deptmant and an electrician disagree. Im just glad my family was okay and we caught the fire before it was too late, and my husband had the sense to unplug it while we waited on the fire dept. I would never buy another product from them! My familys life is not worth the $300 savings and the company did nothing to make this right and went so far as to accuse my husband of lieing.

1 Star is too much for this company! The Delivery was a ridiculous situation, claimed they had the wrong phone number and failed to deliver on the day promised. Rescheduled for the next day, they were extremely late, the driver told me at noon hed be at my place within an hour and a half...3 hours later I was still waiting. When he did arrive he seemed surprised there were 14 stairs and said he was going to have to reschedule the delivery again...had to call my landlord to get this resolved. 4 days later, I arrived home to a defrosted freezer and refrigerator, contacted my landlord at 6:30pm and he said hed contact them first thing in the morning because they were closed. Apparently the 24/7 Emergency Service doesnt exist for warranties. I lost a significant amount of food and time because of this.

Well its ok since I both a used refrigerator 2 years ago and still working good! the price was just right and I am still happy with my stainless steel refrigerator, I recommend pick up delivery by yourself because the delivery guy has his own schedule.
