Called and told them my compressor was bad. They came out said yup your compressor is bad but we wont fix it because we dont do warranty work for lg. Even though I explained to them that lg was authorizing them to do the work and would send them a letter to that effect. So I payed them $85 to tell me something I already knew and get rudely talked down to by the owner. His reasoning was he did that before and somehow got screwed. Which doesnt make sense because the part is coming from lg for free and I was paying for Labor. So he had no risk. Overall super rude and will never use again. The tech that came out was friendly and professional.

Received service through American Home Shield. Never completed the work after payment. They left because a part was not in and when I called to follow up, they lied and stated the work was complete. The techs father is the owner, so of course he was going to take his side. Avoid or get things in writing!
