horrible service, very rude. our dryer broke and when we called for service we made an appointment with them and on the day on the appointment we waited all day to find out their "system was down" and they couldnt service us. They couldnt even call to tell us that we didnt have to take a weekday off of work to sit around and wait for them to not come...? They then told us they couldnt even give us an approximate day to come out and service it! Afteer already waiting over 2 weeks with no dryer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.

Had a worst experience at pickup yesterday. They were giving other dress than which I ordered. I refused to accept. They found they dont have exact dress. They said they will reorder for me. And asked to pay more price for the same dress. What???????? Am I fool to order on sale, and pay extra for there mistake..... In all these they refund me on gift card instead of refunding on credit card which was used. And wasted my 1 hour. And top of all I found behaviour of associate as if he is doing me favor not his job. Totally disappointed

went to sears with my husband 4-4-2016 to look at ridding lawnmowers, had a question about a few things. Finally we got someone to help us, Older man Indian, bad English accent , barley can understand him. Anyways, that wasnt a concern. We asked him 3 simple questions concerning the ridding mowers. And about the lease option that was advertised. He could not explain ANYTHING.. My husband and I are both from the retail world.. BAD BAD experience, We left upset.. Managers FAULT!

Placed an order for a water heater online with store pick-up. They loaded the wrong item, Im very sure they didnt have what I had ordered. If they would of simply told me item was not in store. I figured the wrong item after the plumber completed the install. I have now tried to call the store to get someone to help deliver the right water heater. Ive either been bounced around to other departments or to an answering machine.

If we could leave 0 stars we would. We purchased something online and on the return policy that was sent with the purchase said to go to a Sears store and make the return. When I got there to do the return, they took no responsibility for it whats so ever. Cassie and the Store Manager Brian were useless and and have no manager skills. There is a reason Sears are closing. Will never again go to a Sears to purchase anything!!

I ordered a watch online for store pickup. I called the store to see if the order was ready. Over a period of 2 hours no one answered the phone. I went down the list of departments and tried to connect to somebody and nothing. 10 calls and nothing. For hours. Absolutley horrible. I even left a message! If i could give this store less than a staf I would. It has been on the decline for years! And I can clearly see that.

This place should be closed down. I brought my car in due to a slow leak on a tire. I asked them to check all of the tires and tell me if I needed new ones since I had already put Fix A Flat in a different tire. The technician suggested patching the tire rather than replacing it. The tire went flat on me the very next day while driving on the highway. It was a total waste of time and money going to Sears!

I went in for my pick up way too early once, but the guy in the back was very helpful and gave me my item nonetheless. I dont think it has the best selection for apparels as compared to the other anchor stores, but I do like their Lands Ends items. I have gotten my glasses there over the years, and the staff there has always been nice.

I needed 4 common hardware items. Although I was greeted when I walked in the clerk was clueless about any of the items location and couldnt suggest where to get them. As I was leaving another customer asked if anyone else was available to and his questions. The only thing these 2 clerks could do was try to sell me a credit card.

Couldnt get ahold of customer service, called 3 times. My order is in "process for store pick up". Looked around the web, apparently they never let you know when its ready to be picked up. Called again to ask for order update, employee was like "you will get an email" , i just wanna know if its in the store or not....

Horrible! Got a quote over the phone prior responded to the sears center. Got there and been informed with a higher price. Okay, whatever. Waited for 4 hours to mount 4 tires. Yes 4 hours. Overall the customer service is acceptable but they really need to perform a better management and clearer pricing.

Its getting harder and harder to get tools. The most common tool to go missing is even missing at Sears. I have gone to all the Sears in my area and found the selection of tools are fading away. Not only is it hard to find a 10mm 3/8 socket. It is harder to find one at a store.

Relatively short line took half an hr to check out. No reason for that other than slovenly cashiers. Store is a mess and they dont priced shopping carts or even bags so you have to carry everything around. No one around to help... Terrible. Go elsewhere.

This is the worse sears I have ever been to. The manager at this store "Gladis" very rude, no sense of proper customer service. The cashiers also very rude and incompetent, answering personal calls while helping customers. Never again.
