It looks like this place has started to go downhill over the last month as I have read another very similar review to mine from one week ago. I bought a gas washer dryer combo here about a month ago and the washer doesnt work (it is in continuous drain mode) and the hose is messed up/ leaking. I texted back and forth with the owner for a couple of weeks and he promised he would get someone out to my place for $70 to fix it. For some reason he seems to be unable to get his person out to my place to help me fix it, even though he said he would a bunch of times. Unfortunately, he stopped responding to my texts about a week ago. So, now I am trying to figure out how I can get this fixed without having to spend hundreds of more bucks on it. I guess, keep in mind that even though it may seem like a good deal upfront when you buy something from here, you better have a backup plan if it ends up not working and they end up being unresponsive to help you fix it.

This organization sold me a dryer four months ago. After this dryer caught fire last month, I had a technician come out to see what was wrong. The technician told me that the dryer was rigged to bypass a sensor that prevented the heating element from overheating, thus, my dryer electrical wires got to hot and caught fire. They also informed me that they know of another woman who recently had the same issue with the same appliance seller. I intend to sue this company for selling me this faulty, hazardously rigged product.

Id give them zero stars if that were an option. I received two broken fridges from them. TWO. Getting their alleged repair guy to actually show up is a miracle, and then he couldnt fix the fridge. Replacement fridge arrives, and within a day its obvious this one is a piece of junk, too. Their delivery service is a joke. Eight HOURS late the first time. And the second time they arrived the next DAY. And forget about them answering the phone. This place should be closed down.

Not sure why the negative reviews, previous management? Anywho, I came in for a replacement fridge, the store has a big selection of used appliances. The customer service was excellent, answered all my questions. The fridge was in like new condition and is working great, will be back if I need anything in the future. Thanks guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They dont even deserve 1 star. Sent me a fridge the only cools to 42 degrees wont make ice and now wont pick up. 3 different days they said they would come pick up and was stood up. This is unacceptable childish behavior from the management. Making the call to my lawyer today to see if I can take the non working fridge to the dump myself.
