Installation of washer went fine. Called about the washer rocking without stopping when it was unbalanced. I had a hard time getting any kind of explanation out of the customer service guy who answered the phone. He cut me off mid-sentence each time I asked a question. He literally went out of his way to mock my questions. Im an engineer and thought my questions were valid, but I never got one question out because this know-it-all on the phone would rather tell me what I dont know rather than what he doesnt know. I appealed to them (two of them on speaker) to be reasonable, but they mocked my question. The one they never heard. If you want to deal with adults with the maturity of 7 years olds, and who treat their customers like fungible garbage, hire them. I certainly wont be back.

I had a great experience with this company in 2002. I called them this time because of that experience. I had two conversations with representatives of this company. The first representative was polite and helpful. The second representative was nothing like the first. I was so surprised by his attitude and was quite angry when the call ended. I will probably never do business with this company again. I give them 1 star - for the first representative - though had I had the opportunity to work just with him this might have been a 5 star experience as was the 2002 interaction.

Recently purchased a home and needed to replace the fridge. New to the area, I wanted to support a local small business - Apache Appliance. Although I was the only customer in the store, it took the older man behind the counter almost 5 minutes to ask if I needed help. I was interested in a specific GE fridge , but the salesman kept trying to push a more expensive model. He made me very uncomfortable - so I left. I ended up going to the Home Depot store across the street in Aspen Hill to buy my fridge - and at a more competitive price ! Very disappointing experience...

I used them in 2002, then again today and their delivery was terrific! Not an easy job with stairs outside and the width of my door was narrow. They patiently pulled the doors off the frig and put it all back together. Very careful with my door and floor. Even offered to help move furniture back. Ill be hiring them again. There prices are also very reasonable, they dont sell crappy appliances either.

Recently had a dishwasher installed. After they left, water was dripping under my sink all night. Called to complain and they referred me to a plumber. $270 later the dripping was gone. I asked them to credit the installation fee but they said it wasnt their fault. I had no dripping before the install so I dont get this reply. They seem very unconcerned with making the customer happy. Go elsewhere.

Great customer service! Had a washer delivered. Installed perfectly and hauled my old one away. They even moved my gas dryer back in place and hooked it back up. And, they replaced the section of the vent that attaches to the dryer because it was not tightly clamping to the dryer duct. They did that at no cost, even though I didnt buy the dryer from them.

Would not use this company I found their truck parked in Handicapped space at Fair Hill Plaza, Olney MD. Not only parked in one but taking up area in two spaces. If the do not care about Handicapped neighbors what do the think of you.
