I have always had positive experience with Bettar, and recently found that they were willing to go above and beyond with service. I ordered the wrong color microwave/convection and despite not a lot of cooperation from Whirlpool, they managed to help me make the switch. These are good people worthy of customer support. I recommend them highly.

Repair staff was really nice, but the firm dropped the ball several times, mis-diagnosing our ice-maker problem, which led to repeat visits, more cost and of course a delayed resolution.

None of the appliances had price tags on them so I had to keep asking the sales person "how much for this, how much for that". It became awkward after asking 3-4 times.
