Took 2 visits to rectify Clothes Dryer problem. 1) Technician diagnosed problem as household electrical circuit problem. I rechecked and found nothing wrong with circuit. I disconnected vent & removed cover plate during my re-check & left them off for technicians re-visit. 2) Technician returned and diagnosed a short in the power cord and faulty part (internal fuse) in the appliance. Technician did not re-connect vent nor re-install cover plate upon completion of service call. 3) Had phonecon with business owner to review bill. I had not had an appliance service call in several years and experienced sticker shock. Owner assured me his rates were in line with competition. When I informed business owner about the way the technician left the appliance, business owner accused me of "nit-picking" and became ultra-protective of his "valued" technician. Owner criticized me for asking for a "manager" at the beginning of my call. Said I should have asked for technician. I explained that I always ask for a "manager" to ensure that I am in touch with someone in authority that can provide satisfaction. Technician - 2 strikes Business Owner - 1 foul & 1 strike! This business struck out!! Can not recommend them on any level.

Do not use this company I repeat do not use this company they came to my home to fix my washer and I was told they only recalibrated the washer and I did a load of laundry when they left and I had a flood in my kitchen. I called another appliance repair company and they advised me that the Wolfgang tech turned off the sensor and my washer would not stop filling with water which caused the flood. I paid the new tech for the excellent work they completed and called Wolfgang to get reimbursed for having another tech fix their mistake and they denied any wrongdoing saying it was a coincidence. I never had this problem before and my washer was brad new only a month old. They have terrible customer service and did not fix anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

Carlisle Appliance is where I purchased my didhwasher, but I have had problems with it from day one. Love the store. I had an extended warranty so they wanted Wolfgang to come take a look at it and get a second opinion. The woman that answers the phone is unfriendly and rude. I was told by the repair man he needed to order a part. When he was here he was on his phone looking at pictures. I finally called Wolfgang back after I didnt hear from them. I was told it would cost too much to repair. I asked her why wasnt I called about this. Her response was they werent allowed. Oh please!!!!! Then she proceeded to chew me out. She said the warranty department had to call me.

What a rip off. Come out to your home look at your appliance and demand payment on spot with no prior knowledge that payment is due on spot. Assessed problem would cost $770.00. Sought second opinion and problem assssssd at only $200.00 for freeeon. Wolffang representative had told us we had a leak and need an evaporator. By second opinion, No leak was found and no need for an evaporator. Watch out for these guys.
