My experience with this place is horrible, I know that most northeast places have horrible delivery times. So I purchased a Refrigerator on a Thursday for a Saturday deliver which they said was fine, but that they could get it out on Friday, on Friday no fridge no call no nothing, when you call there number no one answers but when you drive down to the store the boy is sitting right in the office next to the phone. They than delivered it the next day but not at the time they stated. They will not answer the phone and when you arrive they sit right next to the phone. The fridge a week later cuts off and then pops back on, I went to work and came home and all food was spoiled, I called no answer, I than went down to the store to inform them about this and asked why they dont answer the phone, he said we are looking for a new secretary, I said to the boy, you dont know how to answer a phone? you can count money and your sitting right there. I then explained to him about the issue for my fridge he then says he will have his guy come out and they only come out on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Friday. He set me up for Monday morning and said the guy would call before he comes and will be there no later than 11am, it is now 12 and I did not go to work for nothing. I will recommend you stay far far away, this is a horrible experience, very unprofessional and not worth the headache. I really do not understand how this is still a business. Police were sent out to Torresdale Appliance in the 4500 block of Torresdale Avenue around 5:00 a.m. Sunday after a woman called 911 for help. She told authorities she was being attacked inside the store. The SWAT team forced its way in and took the store owner into custody. The woman was taken to the hospital where she was treated and examined. No further information has been released.

This s the worst of the worst I ever delt with .....nelson will rip u off bought fridg for 375 within a month all my food rotten because the grid not work after coming from busniss trip had to throw everything call them at the with nelson all day finaly they SD will send tech but u got give him money I said ok just want my stuff runnig .......same sh******t happen 4 times refuse to give new grid or money back got the nurve to say u only spent 375 if u want somthing reliable u need to spend big buck Im filing complaint with BBB ..........opposition hes not a member of BBB so u got send application for them to investgate wich takes long best thing to do s not to buy from them u only making nelson ( so called boss got punch Mexican domincan works non speak English) Richer n u getting rip off

Went to these people to have my dryer fixed. They charged me $40 up front to send technician. Was later informed by technician that that was the stores cost to call him. He took a part from my machine, tore it apart and said he couldnt fix it and told me I needed to replace that part. Cost to me was $250 for the part plus $80 to install. We ordered the part, paid $200 for it, installed it and guess what that was not the issue. Out $240 bucks and dryer still does not work. Total rip off. Avoid at all cost.

Never buy from here. Dont waste your time or money. Seriously. 2 delivers and unseen amount of extra money after 1st deliver and an they tried to exchange broken refrigerator for another one that still dont work. Please people, they will have you ready to commit a crime.save yourself the problems.

Horrible! !!! I dont know how they stay in business. The business phone is never answered. They dont deliver on time. The owner is clueless about customer service and is very arrogant. I delt with them twice and i now buy new products from sears. Horrible! !!!!!!! Horrible! !!

Do not purchase anything from this business. Worse experience ever. Appliance we purchased didnt work. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager stated there was nothing to talk about so we were left with a faulty appliance.

Horrible store all appliances are refurbished and cleaned by staff then break down 3 months later had to literally stop pass the store everyday to get my money back
