Dissapointed, came to look at my washer looked at it for not even a minute took $50 then i had to call him and he said just for parts its $400 and then 5 hours labor...REALLY. he did not even look it ...how does he know what it needed. It felt like a scam. Easiest $50. Imagine all u do us show up collect $50 and didnt have to do anything. I WILL NOT FALL FOR THAT AGAIN!.

Very nice on the phone. Listened to me about my fridge broken for second time in 3 yrs, and its only 3!!! NEVER again SEARS! NEVER Wait time is 1 week, they are very busy, but am on the will call list...HUGE sigh of relief, just to talk to someone with compassion! This isnt my first time, and will never again call anyone else! Will update you next week!

I wouldnt recommend even calling this business. They didnt answer my call, then called back. Only to be short and rude on the phone. I couldnt make it through a 5 minute phone call with this place so good luck on having them in your home

One burner on our gas stove wasnt lighting, I called B &K, they were lovely on the phone, and made an appointment to fix it. They came, fixed it and at a reasonable , fair price.
