Chris and Rich arrived a bit late but explained that had come from quite a distance the previous stop. Chris did the install and did a fine job. They were very careful in taking the old dishwasher out and bringing in the new Bosch. The install steps were pretty precise and Chris was happy to describe things as he went along. When it was done, he took all the time my wife needed to fully understand the new machines and what cycles and products worked best. Very courteous and good guys and within about 90 minutes, they were one their way and the Series 800 was tested and ready to go to work. We are very pleased.

Drove 50 miles to shop at LH Brubaker, bypassing many other stores along the way, simply because of their excellence in service. Glenn was a member of the delivery team. He and his partner Rusty exceeded my expectations! They were polite, courteous and best of all, knowledgable about the washer and dryer they delivered. They spent the time needed to get it installed correctly although they had other deliveries to make. They made sure I understood the basics and was comfortable with the operation of the w/d. We had Dwight & Tyler come help us today-arrived in the early end of the time frame they gave us! They were pleasant, took their time with us to show us how our appliances work, gave tips for care/re-arranging, and in a professional way noted ways that Brubakers could help with other appliances down the road if wed like. (We had asked about not only laundry, but kitchen appliances also.) Since today was our first day in our home, they looked past our mess AND our very excited young children who wanted part of the excitement. Very grateful for all the help!

From the moment I called and spoke with Megan (who went above and beyond over the phone) to the next day when I came to make a purchase (and she walked me through and answered all of my questions) to the uniformed delivery men who showed up and helped me understand how to use my new washer and dryer, this was a top-notch experience. The price was great (in line with big box stores) but the service warranted a higher price than I paid! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Our delivery of our new Bosch dishwasher was scheduled for drop off only, no installation. Dwight took the time to review my replacement installation needs and gave me extremely helpful information for my self-install. Without his suggestions, my project would have been much more difficult. Everyone from the sales staff to the delivery folks were great to deal with. I highly recommend L. H. The whole team at LH Brubakers are very friendly and customer service oriented. There was a problem with the refrigerator that was delivered and installed. They took care of the problem immediately by giving me a loaner refrigerator until another one could be ordered for me.
