I usually find moldy fruit so check it before buying it especially the strawberries. Have found meat that has turned brown with green oil lines from spoiling. Have tried for over a half a year to place orders for soda have had such problems have contacted owner as well as shoprite headquarters. To this day I managed once to actually get an order in. I have given up trying and now look at other locations to do my shopping. My favorite experience was when I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were the only manager on duty and on break so I would not be seeing them. Then months later another manager wouldnt bother when trying to find out about soda order. Oh also watch buying the rotisserie chicken breast it has so much water in the packaging its practically floating, and the price includes the water. I poured it out and asked for it to be weighed. A 2 1/2 lbs breast lost a half a pound from the water being removed!!!

Its a decent supermarket. Not a ton of variety in their produce section and the produce is a little overpriced for the quality that it is. I feel like I have to pick things over, not just grab and go. I also have to check over the meat dates pretty thoroughly. I like the health food section and that I can buy nuts/grains by pd, etc. All in all its still cheaper than mccaffreys which is the next grocery store over, so thats why I go there, but Its not something Id go to if it were out of the way.

This is the best supermarket I have ever been to. You can find everything you want here, and the shelves are well stocked, produce is fresh and reasonably priced, there is always fresh sushi, full bread line, bakery, etc. and seasonal items help to simplify your shopping. Need flannel sheets? hoodies? pillows? space heaters? You name it, you will find it here. And the lettuce department has not disappointed me in 2 years. Just a NY transplant who ran a store who knows quality when I see it.

Certainly better service than Hillsborough, but lately lots of things going wrong and sadly rude employees at the customer service counter.. defensive and debating the customer (in this case me). Bad yogurt, outdated bad yogurt which when I complained today no offer was made to return my money on. Prices on shelf did not match the register and lost another 15 minutes chasing that when the employee didnt listen and then claimed I was wrong. Horrible experience.

I have purchased chicken (the already cut up fajita style kind) 4 times and when I get home ready to cook dinner, open the package to find the chicken is already rotten. The stench is horrible. The worst part is i have to put it in a bag and drive it back to the store to get a refund or they will not refund without actually seen or smelling the chicken themselves. Again this has happened 4 times!! What is happening??

Listen, its a supermarket, a run of the mill supermarket. A big supermarket. They have good deals if you keep your eyes open and they have most everything you could want. But its usually crowded, the staff are friendly but not out of their way helpful. Organic choices are limited though they are trying.

A wonderful market that has everything save one. What or who in the world runs the produce department? I have never seen such a poor place to buy lettuce in my entire life. The selection is tiny and the lettuce is older than Jesus. Of course you can buy bagged or boxed lettuce but we want fresh!

I would not shop here. I saw a huge sign saying 12.00 an hour. When I applied there were so many excuses as to why they would not even come close to 12.00 an hour. It is false advertising and obviously they feel that workers should be bad cheap and do not value them.

International class shop rite. Has a cafeteria, olive bar, hot prepared food, sushi and a dunkin donuts. They also have a fair selection of cigars. Thats right, cigars. Although I dont recommend purchasing cigars there because the are not properly kept in a humidor.

Average supermarket that happens to be the only shopping option within this area. Meat selection may be the most disappointing aspect of supermarket. Would be very happy if this was upgraded to compete with Wegmans, Whole Foods etc.

Very clean and organized store. I was there for the first time and I didnt know where couple of things was but it wasnt a problem the staff quickly recognised that I needed a help and they told me where I could find it.

I prefer to shop at this ShopRite over others. Large open files and clean and great produce and meat sections. They also have good lunch offering and salad bar.
