Truly if I could not give them a star I would. I found the car online and even though I lived across the state I knew it was what I wanted and didnt want to hear any different. I saw the reviews and was a little concerned but hoped that it was just a handful of angry customers in a sea of happy ones. Dont make my mistake. While I am in love with the car I purchased, the rest of my experience has been miserable at best. The car was dirty. Small smudges and things left inside. The tint on the windows was garbage. There were scuffs on the car. All minor things that I was willing to overlook. There was the beautiful scene going on in the parking lot where an employee was screaming and cursing at a customer. The same employee came into the office we were in and needed to get something from a cabinet my boyfriend was standing in front of. All she said was "Move!" Again, these were all minor things that I was willing to overlook because this car was so beautiful and I just wanted to get it and leave. About an hour later when we filled the car for the first time, it died in the parking lot. It was the beginning of a long and stressful process in which every time I fill my car it dies unless I am able to quickly drive off. After that first start up it will start fine, but its getting it to stay on long enough to drive away that is tricky. I was also only given one key, which keeps me out of a lot of features in the car that require both keys to access. In order to get another key I have to pay a Ford dealership $160.00. In order to diagnose the issue with my vehicle I have to pay another $100.00. This may have been something I could have overlooked, except that I have had the vehicle for less than a month and the entire time we were there they went on and on about how the owners wife had been driving the car and loved it and had no issues with it. It has died on me every single time I have put gas since purchasing the vehicle. I dont see how it just magically started happening after I purchased the vehicle. Truly if youre thinking about buying from them but arent sure, let these reviews sway you. It is worth it to pay a little extra elsewhere than to deal with the headache of being given a subpar vehicle and having 0 support.

The only reason I put one star is so I could write a review. These people are a JOKE. I purchased a vehicle from them on a Friday and by that Sunday my check engine light was on, the car was shaking extremely bad and my bumper is coming off. I called to have them fix it asap, beings I just purchased the vehicle (they agreed to fix it) and I assumed it would be their first priority.. nope. I saw them driving my car around Zachary on two different occasions! Followed them the second day to make sure it was my vehicle, and it definitely was. After a week of them having my car and a different story every day I decided to call and get to the bottom of things. I spoke with CHRIS, the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered. I was told I could get my car back broke if I needed it back (keep in mind theyve had it for a week now) I responded telling her I should never have purchased a broken vehicle in the first place and I had hoped it would be on the top of their to do list but instead it was being driven around by workers there.. she then called me a liar and said I was making things up (I should have taken pics I guess) she screamed at me telling me theres nothing she can do and it will be ready when its ready or I can come get it broken. I asked to speak to the owner and of course he wasnt there at the time. I got the car back and so far the check engine light is off BUT the car is still shaking and my bumper is still coming off. I do not recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from these people! Sad that people will screw you over for any amounts of money. Update- 5 weeks after doing a trade off with these idiots, they never paid off my car I traded in! I just got a late notice saying it was going to hit my credit soon. Call and the owner still isnt in, so they say.... go up there and hes sitting at his desk. They also didnt turn in tags and plates (FLAGS)! Please I beg you, do not buy from them!!!!!! My car is still messed up also.

The most important thing I have learned in life is that you can in NO WAY make everyone happy. You can do EVERYTHING right on EVERY occasion and someone will still be there, pointing their finger, complaining and placing blame. You can treat every person you encounter with respect and genuinely care about their happiness and they can still find something wrong with you. That is life. Next Ride truly cares about the customers, because without the customers, there is no business. That does not mean that Next Ride should go broke fixing every little thing on every USED car they sell. The company would simply go out of business. You can buy a new car, from a new car store, for a NEW car PRICE! Plain and simple, you get what you pay for. Used cars have normal wear and tear. There is not one that will be perfect. Next Ride goes above and beyond to get the cars in the very best condition. I have never seen such a caring group of people. Everyone has their bad days and short comings, but that doesnt mean its a bunch of shady crooks. The customer who said her car was shaking, it was a TIRE. All it needed was a tire. And the bumper that was FALLING off, well it needed clips from Auto Zone. The car was fixed in one day. Next Ride does not want to screw anyone. Next Ride does not want anyone to spend their hard earned money to only lose out. Next Ride WANTS to help, and wants to see people happy. I wouldnt be apart of a company that did anything less.

The trip there was good bonding time for the family. The salesman were very polite. Talked with salesman before driving hours and it looked great. When I got there the power steering bad, oil coming out of pipe, interior was trashed, and they had a cracked windshield. Im mechanically inclined and car wouldve probably lasted 3 months, it was in that bad of a condition. I looked at the reviews and I thought they were having normal bad experiences but they were really THAT bad. Febuary 4th 2017 looked at vehicles on their lot and most were in same condition.

Worse experience ever. They lied about my warranty, no inspection sticker, all kinds of problems a week after buying my truck, added points to my credit to get more out of me, had to follow me to the store to put gas bc it was on empty then they only put a quarter of a tank. They fast talked the hell out of me and now all they say is its not theyre problem now.My check oil light came on the next day... Coniving!!!
