where do i begin? I was going to purchase a used bmw from the sales manager scott. Upon test driving the car i found a few issues. 1. it has oil over the whole front case of the motor( was told it was just a power steering leak that was fixed, just never degreased and cleaned up). 2. there was a warning lamp on for a burned out halo ring in the headlight. 3. the climate control wasnt working properly, this being a big issue in 0 degree weather...we came to an agreement that i would still purchase the vehicle if and only if they addressed the issues that i pointed out. about a week later i got a call saying that it was all ready to be picked up. got a check from the bank for almost 13k and went to pick up our bmw. Well, when we arrived the car was still dirty, had about 1/8 of a talk of gas, still had oil all over the front case, warning lamp still on for the burnt out halo running light, climate control worked but only blew cool air. This sales manager Scott had the audacity to give me attitude the entire time and act like i was a huge inconvenience because i wouldnt just hand him 13k for a car that still needed work. i sold cars for 6 years and know that there are some shadey car dealers in our area, but this guy takes it to a whole other level. coming from a guy that has worked with cars for the last 17 years, avoid this dealer at all cost. it would be one thing if all they sold was crap cars, but the lies and deceitfulness on top just tops their shadey cake. If i can at least save one person from going and having a similar experience, id write 100 more of these reviews.

Sales Manager, Scott at the dealership went above and beyond! I live in NC and flew to the dealership (in Wisconsin) to purchase the truck I had found online. They provided advice on local airports, transport and hotels. Everything I asked for was done pre purchase....all the way down to me nitpicking about removing the mud flaps. They filled it full of diesel fuel and detailed the inside (cant detail the outside in an ice storm) He explained numerous aftermarket accessories on the truck for me and how they worked. He did a complete run over the vehicle with me before I got on the road to drive it from Wisconsin back to North Carolina. Embarrassingly enough, I ran it out of fuel late one night on the trip home on the side of the highway in Gary Indiana (because the gas gauge is off due to the lift) and I immediately called the Sales Manager at the dealership on his cell. He walked me through removing the fuel cap and filter and pouring gas in through it and locating and bleeding my fuel lines. He stayed on the phone for a lengthy amount of time walking me through the process. He even called back after a bit to check on the situation. A few days later he called to make sure I was happy with the truck and my overall experience. Zero pressure dealership with a hometown feel. Lifelong customer now!

Not only were they warm and welcoming as I approached them about this ...they did it for no charge. Now thats better than any welcome wagon. I would definitely go back. Very helpful guy, Scott here did well on informing me about a truck, 2010 Dodge Ram 1500, it was gonna be sold to another guy the day after I called and he helped me secure it, by telling me my options. I felt comfortable asking any question about the truck and felt he would give me a response, super sharp truck with low miles. Awesome deal they set us up with!

Extremely rude employees who make it known you are not the only customer. Owner Troy of this location does not care to respond or acknowledge unprofessionalism of his employees. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. If you have problems with them, it will not get addressed.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. Cars are crap. High mileage. Jimmy rigged to run fine for a few weeks, then boom! Back to the shop. If you could call it that. Mechanic was rude and condescending. This dealership is a God damn joke.
