Extremely disssapointed!!!! I do NOT recommend their custom work. No thanks to Margot for wasting 4 weeks of my time and never, ever getting back to me. And No thanks to Tom, the Owner. I went to him to discuss the lack of response, no design and no phone call from Margot; so he still had the opportunity to make me a happy customer. I waited another 8 days, resulting in no phone call from him so I called the store. After 2 days of telephone tag he told me he had a design, but it turned out to be way above my desired budget! At this point, I wasted over 5 weeks of my time and effort to give them the benefit of the doubt, plus 4 trips into their store. Now I have "given up on them and its time to write a review". I will gladly take my business elsewhere. In closing; a message to Studion 2015. " P.S. You are located on Rt 14, NOT Michigan Avenue!!! Why so arrogant?? "

The Doughertys have a beautiful store here. I bought my wifes engagement ring and wedding band from Bret, and he really helped me pick out something beautiful and perfectly fit for her. He took the time to teach me about diamonds quality, color, clarity, karat, etc. (which I knew nothing about) so I could make an informed decision about which diamond to pick that fit best where quality and my budget overlapped. We got the Jewlery that she wore on our wedding day there as well! He also helped me out by fixing an old sentimental ring that was breaking apart. Their prices are fair and the pieces they have are beautiful, but most importantly, they really care about everyone who walks through the doors.
