I will be honest with you I have bought several items from this store over the years I have lived in Dickson. I was always satisfied, even when I had a few things fall out of jewelry purchased there. Anyhow my review is mainly to give a little warning before entering this establishment. I recently went down to the store and had a diamond i was wanting to be put in a setting for an engagement ring,so having never dealt with this situation before I was completely new to the whole experience and of course wanted to get something nice for my bride to be. I spoke with the Master Jeweler / Owner Bob and not only was he a complete Jerk he acted as if he wasnt even interested in helping me with any of my questions. When asked him what carat the diamond was he took his eye loop out and says Half, and if you wanna know anything else Im going to CHARGE YOU !!! I couldnt believe he was so abrassive and down right UGLY! I wont bother spending any of my money with this fellow, actually I wouldnt even buy a load of gravel from him or is EGO.

Never have had one bit of problem 100% satisfied me and my husband do all of our jewelry business with them and always the best prices whether its buying something or them fixing something and they are very friendly and will work with you!!!!
