I went to a special event at the store and found a ton of items Ive never seen before. I came in with an idea for a pendant I wanted, and the staff took their time and helped me flesh out my idea on paper. My wife loves the pendant, and still gets complemented on it. Ill definitely go back for any custom work in the future!

This would be one of the worst experiences I have had with a jewelry store. It took over a month to get a ring back that was being sized, after the ring came back to the store some diamonds were loose, after coming back from having the diamonds reset the ring is not the size they measured for and is still too big.
