I would rate my over all experience with this place extremely Poor, I went too this dealership on June 5 and was going too purchase a new 2018 Equinox I drove several different equinox while there due too the fact that i was going too purchase myself one as well as my son one and everyone I came In contact with was rude and has a attitude about themself as if they didnt want me there and could care less as if I was going too purchase here the salesman made a remark about a price difference between the two I intended one purchasing and thats when I advised him that I would be paying cash for both vehicles and they because even more rude as if they was going too get a bad end of a deal some how, so that been said I left and went straight too Rameys and within a 2 hours I had purchased two new GMC Terrain AWD SLT 2 and it was less hassle than pulling into the lot at Bill Gatton. Would not recommend too anyone. Hey

So long story short, I bought a used 2012 F450 from here, and the car fax report was great, they are pretty transparent, and it was a well taken care of truck. It was my fault for not checking the DEF level before paying for the truck. But out of courtesy you would think they would fill it up. They filled up the tank with diesel fuel, why not throw in a tank of DEF. The situation got me pretty pissed, because after they had their money, the salesman refused to go pick up or give me $10 to pick some DEF. It is Dec.31st, 2016 and their service department was closed, and the whole reason why they wouldnt fill it to begin with. Wouldnt have been an issue if I hadnt been under the assumption that EVERYTHING was/would be topped off.

We purchased the 2014 Silverado High Country. Chad was just awesome. David was great to work with. This was the most fun we have ever had buying a new vehicle. We will definitely be back and I will refer everyone I know to go to Bill Gatton and ask for Chad. Chad was so helpful and had such a great attitude. You can tell Chad really loves his job. He was so knowledgeable. He showed us everything about the truck and I do mean everything. We looked at our books and realized Chad had showed us everything, we didnt learn anything that he didnt already show us. He gave us his card with his cell phone number and made sure we know that we can call him anytime. Chad was Awesome!

I love my new 2015 Silverado and have had the best relationship with Bill Gatton Chevrolet that any one could desire. Recently the truck had a problem that required me to take it in for service. I had only been there for a few minutes when Jason, my service agent, walked over and said the repair would be delayed due to another vehicle being service. He then offered me the use of a 2016 Silverado while mine was being taken care of. Never has a dealership made me feel as good as they did that day. If you are ever in the market for a car or truck, I highly recommend you give these folks an opportunity to show you how its supposed to be done.

Gattons dealership is always clean, everyone is friendly and service is timely. The service advisor (Jason) told me the oil change would be about 30 minutes and the nitrogen installation in my tires would be about 30 minutes (he explained the process). The salesman that sold me my truck (Mike Baker) always comes by to talk to me about my truck and tell about the features of the new trucks (which are pretty cool). I came back in about an hour and 15 minutes and my truck was waiting on me. In another year or two I plan on buying my next truck from Gatton Chevrolet from Mike Baker, like the man says "why in the world would I not"?

When I decided to purchase a new car, I had several criteria in mind. One was service after the purchase. As a widow it is important to me that a service visit includes a full inspection of the car. My experience at Bill Gatton Honda over the last 5 years has been excellent. Determining that I was interested in a comfortable, luxury car, I visited several sites. The CTS met all of my requirements. I hope I am as pleased with the CTS as I have been with my Honda accord.

I recently brought my car in for service because warning light came on. I was told it was a bad monitor and would cost around $120 to fix it. I had it repaired came home and the very next morning the very same warning was flashing. I called back and was told it must have been a bad part and they will fix it at no charge. I know this can happen but it is very frustrating. I have to take of another 1/2 day of work to go back to Bristol to have it done.

We just purchased Our 1st Z06 Corvette from Chris Lewis at Gatton. We have known Chris for a long time and wanted to give him a shot at trading Our 2015 Stingray. Besides the kindness and courtesy shown to us, we worked out a deal and We are the Proud Owners of a Z06. My husband has bought a couple of Pick-Ups from the dealership and a C6 Corvette. Went to find a new Silverado and the salesman showed me four in the color I wanted explaining the different options on each. I was able to make a deal on my trade in and they filled the gas tank while I signed the paperwork. After the sale was done the salesman still took the time to answer my questions, set everything up the way I like it and show me additional features I was not aware of. Great experience overall.

Bill Gatton Chevrolet treated me like I was their favorite customer. I had a fantastic experience! I talked to Mr. Gatton and his manager, Chris Lee. My salesman Greg was great! I visited the service shop to have fog lights put in and service manager Charlotte and parts manager Charlie were great, as well. Everyone there was so nice. Great experience! Will definitely buy my next truck there!

Great overall service as usual. Did have a hiccup and rotated front tires (235s) to the rear, and back tires (255s) to the front. Reason I mention this is that it will cause issues. Gatton resolved immediately as mistakes do happen, it is how you handle them that separates Gatton from the competition - 5 stars
