MY WIFE AND I HAD SPENT ALOT OF TIME LOOKING FOR A CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE OUR 2009 TRAVERSE LTZ. AFTER COUNTLESS HOURS SPENT IN DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY SALESMAN AND THE SALES MANAGERS TELLING US - THIS IS THE BEST DEAL WE WOULD FIND AND THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WITH THE TRAVERSE WE WANT AND SO ON. WE HAD JUST ABOUT GIVEN IN TO THESE RUDE PEOPLE WHEN WE OVERHERD OF A NEW CHEVY DEALER IN DADE CITY(PATRIOT CHEVROLET).COME TO FIND OUT THE NEW OWNERS RETAINED JUST ABOUT EVERYONE EXCEPT MANAGERS. THESE ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO REALLY DO CARE ABOUT MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND CONSIDERATE OF THERE TIME. I have bought so many vehicles from this dealership including my 2011 Equinox which I love. But the most important thing that has always kept me coming back is Jim Martin and his service department. I am never treated as a unknowing novice but rather with respect and courtesy. I almost never have to wait when I come in and I never have to return because of something being not right. Love this dealership!!

Been taking cars to service, always quality work and more reasonable than dealers closer to my house. Drop off way to work, they come pick me up! Just traded in Tahoe for a Trailblazer, Gary couldnt have been more helpful! Gave me more $ for my Tahoe than a couple others were offering! Thanks!
