I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle. When I got there I saw a car I liked. Took it for a test drive, didnt even go 1/2 a mile. The car wouldnt even drive. I was told it needed a wheel barring. When the owner found out I had cash he got VERY excited. Said he would have it fixed ASAP for me. He told me how much it would cost to drive off with the car. When I kept asking asking for the car fax report he kept blowing me off. He became very pushy. I guess he wanted that cash bad! But when I kept insisting on a car fax report he would never respond. 3 days later after I was promised the car would get fixed he emails me stating, "Oh, we gave you the wrong price. If you want the car its going to cost more. THEN Ill fix it and try and get the car fax report for you." Like dude really?!? Very shady, unprofessional, dishonest. They just go buy any cars from auction and increase the prices. Take my warning. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Oh and he talked badly about the 21 year old girl who wrote a bad review on him so Im sure hell do the same about me.

I was interested in a car listed for 4,000$ at this dealer. The description of the car on their website reads; "The paint is in great shape and condition. No dings are visible on this vehicle. This vehicle comes with a new set of tires. The exterior was well maintained and is extra clean. The brakes are in great condition. The battery is in excellent condition." I showed up at 10:00am when they opened, but the owner didnt arrive until 10:50am. Looking at the car I noticed peeled and faded paint on the hood, and visible dings and scratches on the doors. The tires werent brand new, and the brakes seemed less than "excellent" like stated. The owner told me the car needs an alternator and battery. I had cash and was told the car will be 4,500$, even though the listing states 4,000$. I walked out and told the owner have a good day. Its hard to find honest dealers that dont exaggerate the condition and pricing of their vehicles.

I am 21 and just called here to find out about a vehicle and when the man answered the phone he was really rude, when I asked about a truck he had on the lot, he asked me how old I was and if I had a drivers license, I answered and he then asked how much I had to put down, I said $500, he told me, I was better off buying a bicycle. My mother, who was sitting right beside me when I called, called him right after and he said to her "What do you want me to do make her pancakes? She calls here thinking shes going to get a vehicle with no credit." She told him we just checked my credit score and it was 725, he then said "Theres no way a kid could have that credit, she wont get anything from here." This person is very rude, please be cautious if you deal with him. No matter what company you run, you should NEVER be rude to any kind of a customer. He is also not even accredited with the BBB.

I went here to find a decent car for my family. Lu was the gentleman that assisted me and my husband in purchasing our Toyota Sienna. He was very patient, understanding, and a very professional dealer. He made us feel at home. He was super honest with us and did all that he could so we would walk away being a happy customer. He sold me and my husband a very good car. I have not had any issues with the vehicle. Every mechanic I have taken it to has told me that I got a very good car. Not only did he sell us a great car but he gave my family and I safety! Thanks Lu for your honesty and your professionalism when it came to selling us our car! Safety is something you dont mess around with. I can tell you that Lu is definitely the guy to talk to if you want a good car!

Most miserable buying experience I have had in my life. Louie and a guy name Brian from Zephyrhill sold me a e150 that Louie swore it was a good van 8 days later the engine blew up. Louie want return my calls and Brian has disappeared. Took the money and ran. If you are smart due your research I will never buy anything from these crooks again. Louie and Brian you know you sold me a lemon and split my money you both will reap what you sow. I am very disappointed, people claim to be honest and are money hungry thiefs.

This was the first time Ive bought a car. It was confusing and nerve wrecking for me. Louie was patient and extremely helpful in working with me to get my end of the deal straightened out. The car needed a new battery and tire, Louie helped me get those and has even since checked in to see how the tire is. Overall I would recommend this dealership. The car I got is basically spotless for the age!

Louis tried to sell me a windstar that was a death trap. It had 9 recalls from Ford for rusted frame among 8 other problems that ford wont even honor anymore. Then to top it off. I have a 2008 Mustang convertible that has 22,000 miles on it which he was selling for me. Someone took it for a test drive and didnt know how to put the top Back up and bent the frame... I trusted him. Now Im the fool..

Worst experience ever. Started out good with them trying to finance me three weeks and no financing and to make matters worse i gave them a deposit and they wont return it still fighting to get it back. Totally feel like i was taken advantage of im a single mom with kids who works hard for her money and they just took advantage of that. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to go here ever.

Bought a 08 dodge caravan RED and beautiful and in great condition. He was polite and down to earth it was like buying a car from my best friend. My boyfriend has trouble in social environments but THIS DEALER made the sale a breeze and it was fun and QUICK!!! IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT as it was this time Id definitely buy from him again.

Bought a 2005 Saturn L300. Louie was very nice. He helped us get credit and a price that we could work with. The car is all I could hope for. Some little issues came up but were fixed quickly and nicely. He even straightened out a problem with the loan company. It was a good experience for all. I recommend them highly.
