I had the misfortune of purchasing a used car from Friendship. It had less than 90,000 miles. Immediately after purchasing I discovered my cd player and speakers broken. The interior of the back door and handle fell off. A few weeks later the gas pedal went out. The car lost power. It wasn’t covered by warranty. The car began hesitating and jerking. The solenoid and valves to the air injection system went bad. It was a very expensive problem. The dealership offered to pay half. The day after the repair the check engine light came back on. The problem never stopped. The dealership told me the smog pump was bad. I replaced the smog pump. The light came back on in less than twenty four hours. The dealership proceeded to assist me with the next repair. They gave the car back. On the way home it shuddered hard. I was told the computer was adjusting. A couple more went past. I insisted the problem wasn’t present. The dealer drove the car told me it was suppose to run this way. He told me life wasn’t fair. He would do no more. He also would not allow me to trade the car for the amount I paid for it. I took the car home sent it to a mechanic. The relay the dealership put in was disconnected. The car continues to hesitate. The problem seems to continue to be with the air injection system. The manager told me life sometimes isn’t fair. I took things a step further. I contacted vice president and ceo. One gentle answered me with a four word reply. The other gentleman was short. He denied me which was his right, but he seemed irritated. It appeared he didn’t want to deal with me. There was a lack of understanding. I have another two hundred dollars with a repairs coming up in an attempt to make the car right. I do not believe they intentionally sold me a bad vehicle. It is not a simple fix. Now it apparently it is completely my problem.

What a great experience. I previously owned a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, and we loved the vehicle. I went to a local Chrysler dealer in Chattanooga who had done some extensive AC repairs. They continued to work on it, but couldnt quite get all the problems solved. I decided I would trade the vehicle for a new one. The Chattanooga Dealership was not very helpful and even after I test drove new vans, no one called me back within the next 5 days. By the time they contacted me I found the vehicle I wanted in Bristol, Tennessee. My son-in-law was in Bristol and went by and talked with Tom Jackson and test drove the van. Tom was so helpful and made the process easy for me. I drove to Bristol, signed the papers and drove the new vehicle home. The owner, sales manger, finance manager and my sales person were so attentive to me and my needs. I am quite frankly stunned that I drove to Bristol to get the deal I needed, but Id do again in a heartbeat. What a breath of fresh air to find people who are genuine and responsive to my needs. By the way, their web site is the best. Not filled with all those darn "chat" pop ups that are so annoying. I took my time, found what I was looking for, and Friendship did the rest. Loving my new Grand Caravan! Hating it for the dealership in Chattanooga. They made me drive 250 miles to find my car, but Im glad I did! Thank You Tom Jackson for all you did to help me out!

Ive bought 2 vehicles from this place and have been treated great by everyone there except for one of the financing department managers named Dominic Nicastro. He has to be one of the worst business related people Ive ever dealt with. I would call him and have to leave numerous voice mails. He still wouldnt return my calls. I finally got a hold of him one day and scheduled an appointment to meet him to change some things with my financing. I drove an hour to get there and found out from one of his co-workers that he had taken the rest of the day off. The Manager of the establishment spoke with me and was everything taken care of. I would recommend that if you are going to purchase a vehicle from there, to ask for someone in the financing department other than Dominic Nicastro.

Theres a major reason for this companys name, Friendship. Not only is a customer made to feel at home, but made to feel like a "friend," and not just another prospect or number. This was my first experience with Friendship (recommended by my daughter) and from the time I walked in to the financial aspects of the purchase, I was treated "like family." Mr. Deeb answered every question with professionalism and never did I feel pressured into purchasing something I didnt want. And, having driven Chrysler products my entire life, something I will continue to do, the next time I need a new car, or I hear of someone needing that new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, Ill send them to Friendship.

Had a great experience at Friendship on Black Friday !! They were SO busy but we never felt rushed at all. We have waited YEARS to buy our new vehicle and had researched and searched other dealers in our area & NC - we could not have had a better salesman in Marcus - he was so knowledgeable and if there was a question he wasnt sure of - he went the extra mile to find the answer !! The finance department (Troy) and the General Manager Tom Hall were top notch. We are extremely please with our purchase and would recommend Friendship to anyone who expects great service/no pressure/knowledgeable sales personnel & an overall awesome experience when buying new or used !!!

I had driven my old Cherokee for 14 years and it had done about all it came here to do. I needed a new car badly but hadnt had a car payment in over 9 years. After figuring what I felt I could afford I went to Friendship Chrysler/Jeep in Bristol, Tn. I was hooked up with Dale Morrell and he started working on something that would fit my budget. After deciding on the Jeep Compass we started working on figures. Dale did everything in his power to make the deal work and finally on Friday, July 28th I proudly drove away in my new car. I have never had anybody work so hard to seal the deal and even when I was getting discouraged Dale never gave up. I couldnt be happier.

When my husband and I first pulled on to the lot, we were approached by Jessica Bellamy. I cant say enough good things about her. Shes very professional, knowledgable, and has the best personality!! Everyone that we encountered there, we were extremely impressed with. Jessica and Tom especially, went above and beyond, Jessica kept us updated every step of the way on our new jeep that we had ordered. Everyone there went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I dont have a single complaint about the whole process, nothing but absolutely positive things to say about each and every person there. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know!!! :)

Very impressed with this dealership!! We have been looking for the perfect used car for about three months and we came across a few Dodge Chargers online that fit the bill so we stopped at several different dealerships in the area and finally settled on one at Friendship. A big reason, in addition to the good price and quality of the car we decided on was the customer service here. The sales person, Jessica B. was wonderful. Out of all the dealerships we had visited, she was the most helpful and informative sales person we worked with. We are very happy with the deal we made and will continue to patronize Friendship in the future.
