For the sake of our salesman, I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience shopping around here. My boyfriend and I arrived and went right to the lot to browse, hoping to avoid a salesman for as long as we could. That didnt last long and we were pretty quickly paired with Dan R. Dan was great. He carried around a tablet which he used to answer any questions about vehicles that he didnt immediately know the answers to. He was respectful of the fact that I was replacing (a totalled vehicle), not just looking to upgrade. Even my boyfriend enjoyed talking with Dan about some of the vehicles -- and hes a car guy who probably knew more on his own than most of the salesmen on the lot. Anyway, after about an hour or so with Dan, looking around, sitting in a few options, we decided to call it a night and come back another day when we had more time and when it was daylight so Id feel comfortable test-driving. Dan walked us inside and into one of the offices. Unfortunately, this is where he lost out business and it was IN NO WAY his fault. Dan logged onto his computer and began asking for contacting info so he could email me the details about the cars wed liked. Wed been in the office all of 5 minutes before a young man who looked all of about 22 walked in. He let it be known that he was one of the managers and asked if wed found anything. My boyfriend mentioned that we liked one of the Fusions, but that we were going to come back another day. The manager didnt ask what our budget was or give us a polite "thats great, Im so glad you were able to take a look!". NO. Instead, he got extremely cocky and PUSHY, saying "well why wait?! I mean if you liked it...did you drive it?" I told him no so he immediately offered a test drive. I told him I was not looking to test drive that night and around this time I felt my boyfriend move up behind me putting his hand firm on my shoulder. My guy has no problem walking away when he knows its time and he made it known that this "MANAGER" was no good. We grabbed Dans card before getting out of there. Although Im sure he knew we wouldnt be back, Dan still followed up with me via email about the vehicles wed looked at. I feel sorry for anyone else at Q Auto Brandon who lost a sale due to that sleezy manager comeing in trying to force it. Daniel Rivera, thanks again for your time with us---you were extremely polite, patient, courteous, and we both enjoyed shopping & chatting with you!

Horrible experience. Not only did they have us signing paperwork on a car that we hadnt even looked at, there were issues with the car that they refused to help with. First off, the car was originally down in Ft. Myers and it was driven all the was to Brandon by their sales guy, Dale. When we showed up to look at the car, he didnt mention any of the issues it had. The left had turn signal did not work, the lumbar in the driver seat didnt work, the back seat of the passenger seat continued to fall off, and the back two doors didnt lock. We realized all these issues that same night we brought it home and drove it back to the dealership the next day to report all the problems. They pushed us off onto the service dept which forced us to make an appointment for the following weekend. We took it upon ourselves to go ahead and fix the issues with the seats to help the dealership out and save them to only help with the door and blinker issues. The service department tells us the issues were not covered under warranty and it would be over 700 to fix. After going back to dealership they agree to fix the blinker as a "safety" issue, but informed me the door locks were not a "safety" issue and we would still be responsible for the door locks. As a mother of a six year old, having the doors not lock in the back seat is a huge safety issue! We then went a got a second opinion on the door repair and we were told a total cost of 200 rather then 500. So not only were they not willing to keep a good customer by working with us, they also were trying to charge us way more then what was reasonable. Also after signing the original paperwork, i inquired if they had added our additions to the loan, because yes we paid even more money for the car then the sticker price because we chose to add a warranty to the car, but it didnt cover our issues. We had to resign everything anyways as they left the additions off the original paperwork. So they whole financing and signing paperwork process they have is also a waste of time. Needless to say i will not ever be returning my business to this shady company and i dont think anyone else should. They do not deserve to be a used car dealership as they are strictly scam artists. I hope this message reaches many people and saves all from going through the same nonsense they pulled on me.

I used to work in a car dealership, so I know how it works, but this place too the cake. I knew I was going to pay more due to my credit, so that wasnt an issue, but once bought, it was amazing how bad this car really is. So I bought a 2007 Kia Sorento from them last year. I have my own business, so it was hard to get me financed, buy they did and got me out the door that day. Then a week later, I get a call from the financial institution who was looking for more information, as they had no clue I owned my own business. I had to go through all the paperwork again. Next the key fob didnt work. Easy fix right, so I said I would program it, as Ive done a few others. Well, this year has to be done by the dealership, so I called up my sales guy. His response, there is no IOU on it, so I would be charged, mind you this is the next week. My wife noticed she was having a hard time breathing in the car too, so I thought I would replace the cabin filter. No, cabin filter, not holder for cabin filter, no cover for duct return. Okay, now I was getting irritated. Called about that, was told, "you do realize you bought a used car". Again, this is week 2 of owning it. So week 3, I decided I needed to really go though my "new used car". Here is what I found. 4. 3 out of 4 tires need to be replaced badly. 5. misaligned 6. 5 intake manifold bolts loose. 7. part of the wiring harness in the engine bay was loose, and touching exhausted 8. Spark plugs, looked original, mind you I bought this car with 130,000 miles on it. 9. drive shaft center bearing, not only shot, but broken and slapping around 10. Thing was just dirty straight from the dealership. I had to clean the car for one full day, and found all types of stuff from one of the previous owners, including stickers stuck on the sun visor. Again, what should I expect for a used car, bought at a dealership, who is supposed to be part of the Kia family. I would truly stay away from this place.
