At a time when service is almost a thing of the past and "above and beyond" is not at all connected to service in most scenarios; I can honestly say that Jarrett Scott Ford has exceeded normal good service and is in the "above and beyond" category. My wife and I bought a 2012 Ford Edge about a month ago from Mark Moclair and he was awesome. Mark made the buying experience very pleasant and we felt that he really cared about us and making sure that we were taken care of. He went to bat for us as far as price negotiation and really did his best to get us close to what we wanted to work with on our trade and the used car purchase. We went to John Sarraco and he explained the finance process and was very thorough and I felt good about the handling of the financing with Johns expertise. A couple of weeks ago, my wife noticed a vibration in the drivers side door and it bothered her as she drives the car everyday to work in Plant City. We brought the car in and that is where I met Derrick. Several technicians tried to figure out where the vibration was coming from as my wife has ears like a rabbit and hears everything. Derrick had to get involved and he did everything except blown foam insulation into the door to stop any movement of parts. He road with me over to my wifes school and let her drive the car to see what she thought. The noise was still there....to her. Derrick took the car back and again took the door panel off and secured everything. The noise went away for a few days and my wife called Derrick and thanked him for his efforts which were truly "above and beyond" The noise came back and today, I brought the vehicle in and spoke with Derrick. I had called him yesterday and he asked me to come in this afternoon, which I did. He checked out what my wife had found in terms of the rubber around the drivers window and he said that he would order a new piece and get the problem taken care of so that my wife would be happy. I truly believe that if more companies had employees like these guys; there would be better feelings about car dealerships in general. I have already told my friends and associates about my experience with Jarrett Scott and how pleased we are with the level of service and customer treatment that we have received. I only hope that Mr. Scott and Mr. Jarrett thanks these gentlemen for giving their company a great reputation in the service and customer care departments. Thank you. Joe and Vickie Galloway

DO NOT Take your Ford here for repair, they will fix the repair and damage something else so you come back! At least thats the way they make you feel because they wont own up to damaging my truck even if it was an accident! My truck has had issues ever since we took it in for a simple repair/fix $$$$.$$ later after taking it back in for more repairs.... Never had problems with our truck until this place touched it. Now I have to find some other reputable place because if I call here, Ill just be upset because theyll repeat themselves that its not something they did. The service rep was sweet but the manager was terrible in his communication and brushed it off as if it didnt matter, Ill be replaced by some other client number. Should have known better when I initially tried to purchase a truck here over a year ago and the GM cursed down the hallway to his employees regarding our offer of cash out the door. ** Update ** 12/15/15 So last week after I posted my review of disappointment we ended up being contacted by the owner of @jarrettscottford. He was utterly disappointed at the service we recieved and made a point to make it right. My husband explained that our money is spent its the integrity of the situation that has us upset. Well Mr. Scott said he takes customer service seriously and requested we bring the truck back. I am thrilled at his character and Im thankful for the blessing in his involvement showing his team how to care for their clients! My opinion of how the dealership is ran has been changed for the better and Im thankful good character still exists! My truck has been corrected and running beautifully. I pray this blesses someone else, my heart is full due to the fact Mr. Scott is serious for his clients! Thank you sir!

I tried for three and a half weeks to purchase a vehicle from Brandon Ford to absolutely NO avail. The finance manager there said since I had no credit, I would need a huge down payment or a co-signer. Neither which I had. I saw a vehicle on the website of Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and rode out there on St Pattys Day. The finance manager at Jarrett Scott Ford also told me I had no credit. Here is the HUGE difference in the two dealerships though....the manager at Jarrett Scott Ford actually took the time to go the extra step and personally called Ford credit and spoke with them directly. I have been at the same job for 28 years, paid off a furniture loan in less than one year and a couple other small things going in my favor. Next thing I know, they came out and said not only did I get the loan on my signature, but I also got the exact vehicle I wanted! I will ALWAYS recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and Mike Shelburn who was my wonderful salesman. No pressure buying and they go that extra step for their customers! Great job to the entire team and a huge THANK YOU!!! I am still smiling while driving my 2013 Ford Edge SEL that I have lovingly dubbed "My Black Beauty". <3

I am a long time (12+)years with Jarrett Scott Ford. The Fiesta is the 3rd car I have purchased there.The Service Dept has provide superior care for the 4 Ford cars I have had since being their customer.When I am in service I walk the lot to see what they have .I fell in love with a white Fiesta with moon roof and 5 doors.I followed it on line and decided I would see if I could get it on Monday morning after my 10 + mile run.I got there just about 8:30 AM and was met by the Sales Manager (my salesman had retired).He introduced me to Bob Woodward.I told Bob I was interested in theis white hatchback Fiesta.I quickly understood that Bob was a low key competent and understanding person,more like talking with a long term friend.Well,the white one was gone so we checked the inventory and found the only hatchback 6 speed with a moon roof was an off white (candy red).We took it for a test drive and like a puppy put in your arms,fell in love with it.I will close by saying you cant find a better person to help you get a new car.

Jarrett Scott Ford dealership is amazing when it comes to customer service. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with..and went above & beyond to help us. Recenlty I lost my husbands second set of 150 Ford Truck keys. I searched EVERYWHERE for them, even backtracked our steps to the last time I remembered seeing them. I had almost given up, when as a long shot, I called the dealership. The Jarrett Scott Ford fob that came on our original keys..said "if found, please drop in nearest mailbox". And that fob was also on our second set of keys. Some good soul did find them and did drop them in a mailbox and they were mailed to Jarrett Scott..and Jarrett Scott did have them when I called. Nothing sort of amazing!!!! THANKS so much for the extra mile you go to asisst you customers..not only with GREAT vehicles...but in keeping up with our keys!!!!! All the best, N. Lynch
