The owner and the manager are very rude. i was a customer and they were cursing at me, being vwry disrespectful. This is not a place of appropriate business. No matter how upset or irritated you are, if you can not deal with people you should not be the owner you let your anger get the best of you and the owners mouth was just so nasty. i was stunned. They damaged my vehicle, they fixed it up to run because in four months the radiator was bad.... ya just awful. IF they managed the business better i would refer people but the experience i dealt with i would never suggest North Ridgeville period to anyone. And the owner did not care the manager was cursing at me and repeatedly hanging up on me sorry but no not a good place

If I could put a half of Star I would! I brought them 5 thousand in cash & picked out a dodge Dakota that I liked, I purchased the vehicle and the motor went in the same week, they would not refund my money at all or even be reasonable with me they offered me a few hundred dollars that took 2 months to receive, the only reason I received the small payment back is because I contacted the better business Bureau, do not purchase a vehicle from them they are huge scammers, dont trust Denace "the menace" & the owner Carl is a horrible person! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Purchased a 99 suburban. Weve been looking for quite a while and were happy with the kind and low pressure atmosphere that Mr. Wistort (Steve) provided. Very nice, well taken care of vehicles! Highly recommend!
