Brought my 2010 Ford Fusion in for service today and was greeted by Mike Graham (Service Advisor). He took extra time to listen to my concerns and explained service options thoroughly. Once service was completed he explained what was done and offered suggestions for making my air conditioner more efficient in Floridas hot weather conditions. Gave 2 stars because my oil change was covered as a 1st time service, so I didnt have to pay. Although it was a hassle because for some reason it seemed that the advisor did not believe I purchased my car at Ford of ocala. I dont understand how they do not have access to view my purchase was from that location. My car was returned with smudges all over the doors and hood. Id perfer to do business with a place that does not question me and respects my property.

Just bought a new MKZ at Ford/Lincoln of Ocala, this is my third, always a great experience with Ford of Ocala and Im very happy with the new 2017 vehicle. Drove to Sarasota last week in the new car and it was a very smooth and quiet ride, plus the 30+ MPG for the highway was the best gas mileage Ive experienced so far.
